A slim PS2 (model number SCPH-75003) with a bunch of accessories (everything pictured). So that's -
Slim PS2 console
Composite video cable (no scart adapter, unfortunately, but you can one really cheap if you need one)
Official Sony 8mb memory card (with FreeMCBoot, uLE and OPL installed)
Official Sony DVD remote
3 official controllers - the grey one is an original Dual Shock (from the PSX), the other two are Dual Shock 2.
I've had this console for about 6 years. I replaced my fat PS2 with it, wanting to save space, but it hasn't seen much use as I got an Xbox 360 shortly after. It's in generally good condition - a few marks to the top of the case but nothing major.
I had a problem with it about 2-3 years ago when I had a bout of nostalgia and went to play some old PSX and PS2 games - it was selectively reading/not reading discs at first, which I just tolerated, but then the laser started making noises which made me worry about it scratching discs, so I replaced it.
As far as I know, the replacement laser works just fine, but I've never really used it because around the same time I softmodded the console and started running games from an external HDD instead - to preserve both the console and my discs. So the memory card still has software on for you to be able to do this if you want - but bear in mind that video sequences in games do tend to skip when running from an external HD because the PS2 only has USB 1.1, which is slower than the DVD drive! Gameplay is just fine, though, and the included software, OPL (Open PS2 Loader) has higher compatibility than the official HD Loader, although that can still be installed if required. No hard drive or games included, obviously, but it's basically ready for you to connect a USB HD and start loading your games onto it.
