---------------
Reason for Suspension:
Ok I was suspended for 3 days for accidentally bumping a thread one too many times. Stupidity on my behalf but a mod could have easily sent me a heads up message and asked me to deleted the 4th bump.

Suspension then got increased to 5 days when I was accused of attempting to create multiple accounts. I found the PSP Go deal on Zavvi's Ebay outlet for £119.99 when only 4 had sold. I posted and provided an alternative email (you have the option to do this if your not registered). It did not get 'aired' and was only posted when over 150 had sold. I would have got plenty of heat for that and all I was doing was trying to help the community. Needless to say I emailed an admin explaining but got no response.

So yeh - I thought Id explain to everyone as being suspended no doubt put some suspicion onto my account. I would just like to inform everyone that it was not to do with ill practices when selling/buying.

8 days have past since this was listed so I am following market rules.

---------------

PLEASE DO NOT BASE PRICES ON THE ZAVVI MISPRICE & AMAZON BLACK FRIDAY DEALS. BOTH WERE VERY LIMITED & RESULTED IN A LOSS OF PROFIT. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE CORRECT RRP

Here I have a soft modded Wii.

Running on firmware 4.1E

One Wii Remote (with grip), one Nun Chuck, one sensor bar (the plastic stand thing for it is missing), AC adaptor, Scart lead with scart cable, and a extra component cable (allows the Wii to display at 480p)

Also including a Toshiba (I think) 4GB SDHC card.(I don't know if it's just this card but I have to pull it out of the Wii with a pair of tweezers/scissors - it clicks in fine though).

Does not come in original box but will be packaged securely

It is in good condition. Everything works as used but is fine.

Technical Stuff (the mandatory stuff has all been done for you):

- Priiloader has been set to block any messages to ask for firmware updates. This will not come up. I played Goldeneye online which is probably the newest Wii game on an older 4.1E firmware (believe 4.3 is latest atm)
- The Wii shop works fine
- Homebrew Channel installed as expected
- NeoGamma R8 Channel installed for dvd-r backup playback (use high quality dvd-r's, and check if the game requires a patch)
- USB Loader GX for USB HD playback

Obviously if you want more such as Game Cube backup playback then follow the required tutorial from wiihacks (Google is your friend here).

It would be better if you had some knowledge on soft modded Wii's instead of asking me a load of questions. I bought this Wii unmodded and was able to softmod it within an hour following a tutorial. If your not interested in playing backs or the homebrew scene then it will still play original discs fine. Nice to have the option :)

Just noticed the D Pad on the Wii mote can get quite stiff if you haven't pressed it for a while but once pressed it's fine :)

Price includes delivery.

Payment preffered by BT but I can accept PPG

"but a mod could have easily sent me a heads up message and asked me to deleted the 4th bump."

Why should they treat you differently from every single other person on here? Also, that idea is daft as you'd already had the bump- deleting the post wouldn't change that.

EDIT: I wasn't criticising you for breaking the rules. I was criticising you for thinking you're some special case who ought to be treated differently from everyone else in that situation. That's how the mods deal with it in the vast majority of cases, and if you haven't bothered to learn the FS/FT rules after 38 transactions, you've only got yourself to blame.

It's also your own fault that you then tried to post while suspended, common sense dictates that such an action wouldn't go down well with the higher-ups, regardless of your good intention. 'E-mailing admin to explain' didn't get a response because you were just one of the many, many people who break a rule, get suspended and then complain to Admin about it.

EDIT 2: You could also have just edited your last post instead of bumping the thread with a second reply.

EDIT 3: Your argument is now also irrelevant, as you neglect to mention the fifth bump you made, the day after your fourth bump (or second third bump, if you like.)

Oh the irony... criticising someone over breaking the rules whilst breaking a rule (thread spoiling).
I wasn't asking for a response just explaining what happened and my personal opinion is that discretion could have been used but it wasn't and i was suspended.
That's the be all and end all.

In response to your edit: 38 + transactions clearly show I know the FS/FT rules. If you read what I said properly you would know that it was a mistake. Of course I know you can't bump more than 3 times. I even typed bump 3 twice as I forgot I had typed it once already...
Im game for people gaining infractions over bumping excessively on purpose but this was a genuine and small mistake which could have been dealt with other than a 3 day suspension.

Now please stop thread spoiling and making me reply as you seem pretty supportive against excessive bumping.

Please stop trolling me lol. It's seriously getting boring.
Im gonna report your nonsense as your spoiling it for both me and the buyer. Have you had a bad day and decided to find a post you could unleash your anger on?
Please don't answer that; it was a rhetorical question.

Edit: You can't stop coming back can you.

No fifth bump was made so I don't know why your saying that.
I made a mistake and felt I was punished harshly. However, I still did my time if you would like to put it that way.
I don't need some troll putting everything out of context to gain some sort of e-ego boost.

Leave it be and do not respond as you are not interested in the Wii.

Thread closed, deal agreed.

Let me know if this required to be reopened in the event of a dispute between buyer/seller.
