Didn't realise you needed to use a separate broadband number and it's too much hassle to have two telephone numbers, so up for sale is:

A brand new in box - never used - BT HH Phone (black, 2.1) with connectors, leads etc. Also with it is a 2nd black phone I bought separately thinking I could use both for my existing BT number.

Might split if someone only needs the one phone
Shipping/Payment:
Paypal gift - will send recorded delivery.

Ok, I might as well split actually as I'm guessing more people will be interested that way. Are you interested in the one with the accessories or the phone on its own?

When I had a BT Broadband Homehub phone I had it set to ring when my house phone did and thus act just like my house phone. Is that not what you was trying to do? I'm pretty sure that my BT Broadband phone number was set up automatically. I'm not sure what hassle you are trying to avoid. I never used my broadband number.

Hmm ... thanks for this. The handbook doesn't say this can be done so I contacted BT and they confirmed that it would only work with the BB telephone number... :?

Will you split the difference and go £19 and I'll use recorded delivery to keep us both safe. Selling in one lot is the easiest solution for me. And I can post today or tomorrow morning latest

EDIT: Offer withdrawn as asking offered below. Thanks.

I had the old whit homehub phone so there might be a difference? The setting was very discreet I can remember that. It was something in ringing options that enabled the homehub phone to ring differently when the landline phone rung. It definitely worked.

Oh well too late now even if it does work on the black HH - I've sold them :)
