My beloved Mac Mini need to find a new home as I do not have the room to take it to my new house, so its up for grabs.

Everything is boxed as new, complete as it would have been if bought directly from a shop, everything has receipts and is still under its 12 months warranty. If you have bought from me before then you will know that I keep my stuff in good condition.

So up for sale is...

Intel Core2Duo 2Ghz Mac Mini
4GB Ram
120GB Hard Drive
Pioneer DVR-K06 DVD Writer
Built in wireless and bluetooth

Iomega MiniMax 750GB external HDD and built in USB / Firewire hub, fully boxed

HP w2207h 22" LCD Monitor with HDMI and VGA connections, fully boxed

Logitech Z10 Speakers, fully boxed

Wired Apple Aluminum keyboard and wireless mighty mouse

Prices and pictures below.

The 360 is not in the sale, just to point that out.

The Iomega Minimax is an exact match for the Mac Mini and compliments it totally. The HP monitor I was using to pump the 360 through via HDMI as well as the Mac Mini via VGA and is exceptional in its operation.

Price wise, well I'd be looking at around the £700 mark for the lot, or would be interested in trading it all for a decent specced MacBook

Any questions please ask.

Would you consider splitting everything? I'd be interested in the monitor
#3
how much for the external?
#4
that monitor is quite nice as the speakers!
#5
Things must be tight if you dont have space for a mac mini lol, you moving into a kennel?
#6
Ommid - moving back to my mums in a 11x7 box room and my 32 inch Samsung LCD TV and Double Bed take preference! So like I said a little tight ! lol

Roadie - Erm... would stab at the £120 delivered mark for the external. Its a 750GB just to clarify.

Nacider - Would be looking around the £160 delivered mark for the HPw2207h, did i mention that it has HDMI as well as VGA and rotates too :)

Thinking about it, I'd do the Mac Mini (currently £498) plus the 4GB memory (about £70) and the Iomega Mini Max 750GB external (currently £160ish), the Wired Keyboard and wireless mighty mouse (about £60 for the pair) for £550 delivered if anyone was interested.
#7
How old is the monitor? Does it still have the original box? Is the delivery by courier or RM?
#8
Would you be interested in a trade?

I have a Sony RDR-HXD770 120gb HDMI Freeview DVD Recorder / HDD Recorder (bought for £270 6 months ago), plus £200 cash for mac mini and hard drive?
#9
nacider - the monitor was bought from Micro Direct on the 6th March 2008, I have the reciept and it is fully boxed. delivery will be via courier. I;d like to sell the Mac Mini first to be honest, as I would not have anything to view it on to restore it etc if someone wants to buy it, however I could be swayed :)

gdsouza - thanks for the offer, but I will be getting a V+ box in my new box room :) Besides the HXD770 is only £199 at Argos and probably cheaper elsewhere so it would not make a very fair trade anyway.

I would take the whole set up in a heartbeat but I'm saving for my Hol next year. When you decide to split I'd be happy to give you £160 via bt for the monitor
#11
Out of interest nacider, what price could sway you to part for the lot?

I'm not sure, I wouldn't be interested in the speakers or external HDD though. I'd want the Monitor, Mac Mini, keyboard + mouse. How much would you be looking for?

Would you even half trade for cash + something else?
#13
Assuming that you want the keyboard and mouse as well as the mac mini with the extra 4GB of memory and monitor then I suppose £550 would be the price I would be looking at. Everything apart from the keyboard is only a few months old (have receipts and can include them) and has a value today of around £800 plus.

I could be tempted in a cash / trade thingy, what do you have?
#14
So How much would you be willing to sell the lot without the monitor and speakers? Seems as though you have buyers for the rest of the things!
#15
Also would you be interested in a part exchange for ps3 games/x360 games and cash?

Have loads of Xbox 360 games and PS3 games/ Nokia N95 silver/ HP Pavillion DV6552EA laptop w/ 2 years warranty (about 7months old) comes with Vista but I can mod it to work with XP
#17
rmp4 - see post 14 for the price for the monitor and mac mini on their own, and yes i would be interested in 360 / ps3 games and cash, what have you got?

nacider - possibly interested in the laptop (i was going to get a mac book with the proceeds actually but may decide to go back to the dark side that is M$). Is the warranty a manufacturers warranty or from a shop? Also can you list what 360 / PS3 games you have so that I can see what I might be interested in? As for the phone I already have an N95 8GB.

I was hoping to sell for around £400, which includes an official microsoft mouse and an akasa cooler. It doesn't come with the box though.
banned#21
If you are splitting, how much for the Mac Mini with keyboard and mouse?
#22
Mac Mini with the added 4GB ram, keyboard and mouse id say £475 delivered.

The mac Mini is £500, £70 for the memory, £60 for the keyboard and mouse. All boxed as new, the Mini was bought on the 6th March 2008 and I still have the receipt bought from MacWarehouse)

If you aren't interested in the laptop then I will have to see how much wages I get on Thurs. If its less than expected I'd still like to buy the monitor :)
#24
I would like to buy the monitor Mr G,

You got a price for it on it's own?
#25
Im in the process of moving fella's. Tomorrow is the date, so I will be on here until the wee hours tonight then everything will be boxed up ready for the move tomorrow.

That said I wont be able to ship anything until the beginning of next week at the earliest anyway, but keep the offers coming in as I will be back online tomorrow evening.

I will sell the monitor separately, but will be looking for £160 delivered (gonna cost me close to £20 to deliver it) but it is mint, only a few months old with receipt for warranty purposes. Will throw in a HDMI lead (as it doesnt come with one).

Not totally undecided about the laptop yet nacider, just got this move on my mind at the moment, so will give it some thought over the next day or two and get back to you. I am shifting this gear regardless, just not sure if I want a Macbook or go back to XP / Vista yet.

Cheers
Simon

I'm happy with waiting. If for any reason I decide not to get the mac then I'm happy to give you £160 for the monitor. Good luck with the move

rmp4 - sorry mate, nowt there i am afraid.

bassman - thanks for the offer but only a mug would sell that amount of gear for £450, which unfortunately for you I am not :). In all seriousness, £425 would be the lowest i would go on the Mac Mini with the 4gb ram, without the keyboard and mouse let alone the Iomega Minimax too.

I want to sell this stuff but im not going to give it away, nor am i that desperate.

So again, sensible offers please on the lot and no taking the urine :)

So what is the realistic price you would be looking for the items I'm interested in then? I am interested, but made an offer ;-) I have a budget, as this is for a relative of mine and it has to be all the gear I stated, so please give m your lowest acceptible price. If its out of his budget, I will say, and not haggle you down. That way neither of us pays more, or sells for less, if you know what I mean

For the MacMini, keyboard and mouse and Iomega MiniMax I;d be looking for £575 including fully insured delivery.

Everything (apart from the keyboard) was bought on the 6th March, all from online stores (I have receipts and can include them).

Paypal would be an option if you paid the fees (a total of £595.45 to leave me with £575 after Paypal take their chunk), else it would have the be bank transfer which I could do at £575.

Delivery would be via fully insured courier and i could get it off to you Tuesday as no-one is around until then.

#37
so what is your budget then?
#38
£495 - £500 tops, delivered
#39
Sorry bassman, cannot do it for that price. Good luck in your quest, I think that you may need it at that price.

I could move to £550 delivered but that would be the lowest to be honest.

Anybody else?
