I've got my sisters old laptop for sale, it's a fairly old laptop but overall it's not a bad system if you want to browse online and all that basic stuff.
The specs are listed below.

512 MB (installed) / 2 GB (max) - DDR II SDRAM
80 GB - 5400 rpm
DVD+-RW
ATI Mobility Radeon X600SE
I'm not sure it's really suited for anything intensive like BATTLEFIELD 3 but it'll get you web browsing. :)

I've posted a picture of the model number below for you mate, as for charge it honestly doesn't hold charge for long, it's a pretty oldish laptop, I'd probably GUESS an hour at max.

Honestly, I couldn't say where the backup disks are for it mate.
Although on the Toshiba website, there's still support and drivers available for it if need be.
