Have for sale unwanted gifts which I thought I should now sell instead of them lying around!

The iPod touch 64GB 3rd generation still has the protective plastic seal on the box. £250

Also still has the 1 year warranty with Apple. Comes complete with all new accessories, headphones, dock adapter, usb cable, cleaning cloth and guides.

The Call of duty modern warfare 2 game for the xbox is likewise new and still has the plastic cover over it. £25

TomTom 730 Europe is likewise brand new, the plastic seal is still on the box however it is slightly open (plastic) on one edge of the box as I was contemplating replacing my old one but decided against it! £170

I have kept them in mint condition so they would make for ideal gifts (again!)

Will work on getting pics up, any questions/offers let me know, thanks.
Shipping/Payment:
Paypal gift, bank transfer or cash on collection Birmingham/Coventry, can post also.

thanks for the offer but i'm wary about posting things first without receiving payment, you can view my ebay ID for 100% feedback, these items are not listed there or elsewhere.

The thing is your new to this site, Your selling 100's of pounds worth of items with your 1st post. My offer stands as NO ONE will pay 1st to a unknown member.

I see your point but everyone starts somewhere, thats why I said you can view my ebay history, I am also fine with people collecting in person which shows I am genuine.

What he said. You have a very, very slim chance of finding someone who'll pay you upfront on a very cheap item (between £1-£10 at a push), but on the items you're selling? No chance. People are generally quite sceptical about taking any notice of ebay feedback, especially if the username is different to the one you have here. It goes without saying that you should only post first to established members with a good level of feedback (as BOTH a buyer and seller), get ALL contact details from them (verify phone numbers!) and send recorded at the very least, special delivery ideally as the Ipod wont be covered by the insurance on recorded.

Good luck

Fair enough about collecting but as you just said in your post, everyone starts somewere now I had to send 1st for about 3-4 items befor people felt ok handing money over to me upfront:thumbsup:

So if i was you i would send 1st as thats how you start to gain trust from members.

Offer is on the table. :-D good luck with sale m8

thanks for the advice, I take it on board but i'm sure you can understand if someone is unwilling to send something worth that money without payment up front, even to an established member! It is also vice versa too i'm sure, however if there are members on here (which i'm sure there are) within the locality that would like to collect and pay cash that is fine. If there are members that want to pay and have me send it that is fine too. They can verify me also using the same methods. Not trying to sound/be awkward but just want to be sure! Many thanks

I understand but as a seller you can claim from post office if a buyer says its not turned up. As a buyer tho we have no way to, so you could just walk off with our money easy as that ;-)

Fair point, and if a buyer signs for the item and is a non-payer then the post office will not process a claim as it was signed for/received in their books!

Tell you what, I can deliver locally if you are in the area or if you want it posted i'll mull it over sending it to you first, would you pay £27 inc 1st class recorded?
#10
why dont you just post the pictures with you HUKD username to proove you actually have the items to start with?
#11
Please post pictures with you're 'username' next to the item before this gets closed please.

Also the chances of you selling these without posting first are very silm.
