i found my old psp, its the old 1003 model.

It comes with the psp and charger and a white wrist strap.
everything works fine, no dead pixles or any major scratches. The body of the psp is pretty much perfect. The metal ring ha a few minor scratches - just thought id mention that as i know how some people are.

Pictures up soon!
im also selling a sony t70 cyber shot camera.

***************

NOTE :Sorry all i just tried to turn the PSP a few mins ago after leaving it to charge. However it seems to be faulty.

I think il still offer it as someone might be intrested in spares.
Pack includes, White Phat PSP faulty (see below for problem), charger and 2gb pro duo card.

Problem: When i try to turn the psp on the green light flashes for around 2 seconds and turns off. I just researched quickly online and im pretty sure that its not bricked or anything like that. The light goes green and then turns off, the screen lights up and turns off also.

the memory card is this one
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-Memory-MSX-M2GN-Retail-Package/dp/B00083LJ5Y

Im not sure what price to offer, but p+p will be 5£ so lets say £5 for the memory card £4 for the faulty PSP and charger

So £14 delivered...

Once again sorry to people who were intrested

I would have it for £45 delivered without the memory card. I would pay cash into your bank after I received it.

No, I would consider £50 if you had it boxed with the original charger.
I don't have enough funds in my Paypal account, and I am waiting for my bank funding to be finalised.

hmm fair enough ,as i need the money 45£ delivered will do.
for payment is there any chance you can transfer the funds from your bank (once finalised) into paypal and send to me, as i just think its the safist way. Not saying you will try anything as your a respected member :)

I have just had a look, and that is what I am waiting to do, there is no way that I can see that I can instantly add funds to my Paypal account.

If you are not happy to receive cash into your bank account, you may as well sell to someone else.

Thanks.

Yeah sorry about that... if I'd had spotted this thread sooner I'd have pointed you in the right direction as it was via these very forums that I learnt about sony's continuous play plan and got a faulty PSP repaired.

Did you get yours sorted in the end?

Hi,
I am very interested. I had my psp nicked a while ago and would like a replacement,
a few things you might want to try to fix it though perhaps? --

have you tried turning it on while its plugged in with the charger? is the charger the correct one? (not whether its original but whether its a sony psp charger? the one from mine which got nicked has a AC/DC box on it eityh sony 5v and psp, if yours isnt a sony psp charger it might not have charged it up so it just shuts off, so perhaps a correct charge would fix it?)

have you tried turning it on with the memory card taken out? i have heard stories of psps turning straight off with the memory card in and working without it in.

have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and trivial stuff like that?

does it connect to the computer when you plug into the pc?

sorry if this seems like silly commen sense attempts, sometimes it works though so its worth a try, then if it does you can sell it for 5 times as much :)
good luck.

EDIT: update, I did some research and people who have had the green light come on and then go off and not turn on say that it is 'bricked' but things to try are:
running the psp with no memory card and running the psp with no battery in, just with the mains adaptor (as long as it is the correct one)
there is also another way to fix these if the above methods fail but you need to get something called a pandora battery and a magic memory stick (?)

hope this works for you. and if it does, how much will you want for it? i might take it.
