You can't sell the games on here if you got them as part of a bundle with the new machine.

Not true at all, OP you can sell them, the bundle items the rule refers to are games which actually come inside the console box and have no barcode, they usually say "not to ne sold seperately". If your games don't say that then continue your sale.

Will take Tiger 09 for £5 if including P&P as it can be bought Brand New retail for £6.98 and will get a returns policy with them.

The rule, as far as I understand it, about bundled items was introduced so a seller could not profiteer by selling individual components of a bundle separately & gaining a higher value for the items compared to if they were sold as the bundle (at a price no higher than the bundle originally cost).

For example, an Xbox 360 Elite with 3 bundled games may have cost, say, £200.

If the seller split the bundle & sold the console for £170, and each of the titles at £15 each then the net result would be £215. Thus making £15 profit.

The reason some established members like to quote the rules is so that HotUKDeals is a safe & secure environment for everybody's benefit.

As long as they are not obvious traders, so what? If I won a copy of a game, and sold it on here, Im profiteering yes or no? Whats the difference? If people are happy with the prices quoted, what is the harm? These are good prices, and I would have been happy to buy SF at the price quoted if i hadnt already got it for £18 two months ago.

How exactly that ensures its a 'safe and secure environment' really beats me :?
