FT: 140gb IDE Hard Drives for another Hard Drive £34.00

Hi.

I basically have two hard-drives, one is 80gb and one is 60gb. I am looking to trade them both out for just one hard drive of a suitable size.

The reason is that these are both my slave drives and I only have one IDE port (two cable ports) on my new mobo whereas my old one had two ports (four cables). This is suitable for anybody who has an older mobo or has spare IDE slots.

Both hard drives are in excellent condition working perfectly. I can give the model number if I must (will involve opening up PC!) - the 80gb one is a Samsung. Both are 7200rpm.

I am looking for a straigt swap (possibly with cash going either way if necessary) for a single hard drive, maybe around the 160 or 120gb mark.

Thanks,

AV

Oh, and I also have an external case (with power supply and USB connection) which I can throw in if anyone works with me on this deal. Guess you could then have one drive internal and one external.

Even though I am not looking to sell, a price must be left so as an arbitrary figure, I am writing £34 though again, I am looking to trade ideally and not sell! Note that this includes second class standard postage and an external holding for one of the drives.

Again, open to offers.
