  I'm the only owner. The phone's just over a year old. It's not under warranty as I never needed the extra applecare protection, but it's in superb condition. It's also jailbroken, but I can remove and update it to 5.1 if you want.

  I will also be including a Mophie external charger (pics alongside the phone) free of charge.
  
  Also, the phone is only 6 months old, not over a year like I previously said. It was replaced by Apple free of charge in November. A couple of months before the warranty ended. Even better :)

  Is it ok if we both send our items the same day via RMSD. Else I'll be stuck without a phone for 2-4 days atleast.

  I also transacted with Bryan839 for an iPad 2 before. I've left feedback for him but must have forgotten to. You could always PM him and ask how it went. I've PM'ed him as well asking him to leave me a feedback :)
  
  Also, should I leave the phone jailbroken and just delete all my data off there, or should I do a full restore to the latest version ?
  
  Will be sending it via RMSD any date that we decide upon.

  I'll send first, no biggie. But is it ok if I send it on Tue - Wed max, so I can back up all my data and buy a cheapo phone in the meantime.
