Seller can choose whoever they want to sell to; it doesn't have to be the first person to offer - just for info.

I was just explaining my above posts to the seller and I did say "Enjoy Amis" (After I read he wanted to go with him, I understand and have read the rules.)

FearTheBassPlayer I don't think there was a need for you to reiterate the rules that are posted. Unless your just going through each thread doing the same.

Sorry for rant on your post jbens910!

I was actually informing the seller of that part of the rules as I had seen them say the reason why they were selling it to that person.

No need to get arsey over my post - just using my experience to point parts of the rules out to people who are less experienced and seem unsure.

edit: as stated above, it is to make the OP aware that he can sell to whoever he wants to in the future - can't see a problem with that tbh.

I 100% agree on members helping out (It does say You must read the rules before posting and it states it in the in the red box on the add listing bit) You came in after the seller was happy to chose who he wanted that was all :) (Not arsey at all just trying to be logical.)

jbens910 apparently you have sent your buyer a universal charger that isn't compatible with the gameboy micro - being able to charge the device is a basic requirement and you stated that a charger was supplied in your original sales listing.

Please rectify this matter ASAP - you will need to discuss this directly with your buyer in order to reach a mutually agreeable resolution (eg possible solutions - provide an alternative working charger, provide a partial refund so buyer can source a charger, supply a full refund as the item received was not the package that was listed etc). Also MOD PMd

As requested to discuss directly with buyer over a week ago, this has been discussed directly with buyer over a weeka go.

Right jbens910
The replacement charger i bought charges the console, but as soon as i remove the charger, the console dies. Therefore, the internal battery is knackered.
I replaced the battery with one out of a faulty console & yours now works!
You basically sold me a faulty console with an incompatible charger, but advertised it as fully working & it took you over 3 weeks to get it to me!

I would like you to refund the cost of the charger £2.75 as agreed, & i would also like some form of reimbursement for the battery, as
if i had to buy one off ebay it would be £11.99!!

As you don't want to post on here, & if you check your PM's, i contacted you yesterday, before i posted here!
jbens910
it's nice you were able to speak with directly only after having posted in thread... anyway how much did you want for this battery that you had? as it seems I may be better off just refunding you the micro and the charger you bought for a return of both.

There's no point getting arsey m8, you were the one that sold an item without checking it at all & then stalling for nearly 3 weeks!
£2.75 for the charger & £4 for the battery.
Or if you want the micro back £12.50 + £2.75 + Return P&P + £5 for mucking me about!
Your choice.

profiteering is prohibited
#32
so is selling items not in your possession or selling items advertised as working, when they clearly aren't!
#33
+ it wouldn't be profiteering, it would be to cover my time & effort finding a working charger. Then more time & effort, dismantling a console to replace battery & then swapping it back out to send back to you.
#34
You sent me a non working console & non working charger.
I have spent the time & effort to get it working & don't particularly want to spend more arguing or swapping bits out to send back.
Refund £6.25 to cover charger & battery is more than fair
