Yeah they are the genuine GHD ones, will put on a pic if you like? My hair is mega curly too so I have the same problem, have tried so many others and they don't work! Only selling so cheap because of how long I have had them. Just had a look on ebay and even faulty ones are selling for around £20! x

Posted them royal mail recorded and they arrived like that, they were fine when I posted them. I am so gutted, would rather of kept them as a backup pair then them get broken :x ! Will take me ages to get any money back from Royal Mail too, if anything at all!

yeh i know but from the pic you posted you can see the slight difference which i believe you would not have noticed otherwise if you were trying to decieve someone you would have put a pic of the other side i am no way saying you knew they were loose so please dont take it that way
#26
can they not be welded back in or something?

Oh I didn't take offence by it  I am just gutted that they have ended up like that. Specially when I was trying to do someone a favour and give them a cheap deal, now we are both in a crap situation! Don't know if they can be repaired x

:!: mummylace you have agreed a refund - please ensure you get in touch with your buyer to let them know when they can expect to receive this.

Until this matter is resolved please do not engage in ANY further sales / trades in this forum.

Also MOD PM'd.

many thanks Sigma

Final reminder and PM to seller asking to resolve. You've been on the site but I see no progress towards resolution.
#35
I have no money at moment till I get paid on 23rd. I am a little worried however that if I refund whole amount I won't get the item back and I will be out of pocket

Thanks for the response.

I feel we have reached an impasse here and will give a new judgement that replaces any previous post/guidance related to this trade.

Both buyer and seller should refrain from any further fs/ft trades (inc buy/sell), until this matter is resolved.

Either of you may resume trading upon making the first move, either by returning the item or refunding.

If the buyer returns, then they are in no worse a situation than they were at the start of the trade (albeit returned posted), when they made the initial payment i.e. no item in hand despite outlay.

The seller can refund upon receipt of returned goods (or earlier) if they wish to resume trading.

Feedback is the relevant place to leave your views on this trade, not via PM's to other members.

I have never given miss Mummylace any reason to doubt my honesty unlike Miss MummyLace reluctancy to refund and throw accusations that I might have damaged them.

In fact after miss MummyLace false promises of refunding before sendign items back and unfounded and malicious accusations I dont understand why this new ruling has been made in her favour. It seems greatly unjust, inconsistent amongst Mods and historical issues.

And is again for the above reasons ie MummyLace false promises of refunding before sending items back, refunding money soon..., and unfounded and malicious accusations that I do, I understandbly have no trust that she will refund me in full (inc return postage) once she receives my item.

I have not been malicious, however you sending pm's to random members about me is malicious. I have no guarantee that if I refund you I will get the item back. You keep pointing out none of this is your fault but it is not my fault either.
#39
I have no guarantee either that once you have received your GHD's I will get a refund. Your relucatance to refund when you already AGREED TO before me returning is unfortunately not very reassuring.

Your maliciousness stands from accusing me of breaking them when your very well know this is not the case, you have been most unhelpful, uncooperative and pedantic in dealing with this issue.

Oh and by the way by now you must have got your Royal Mail refund so you have nothing to loose at all at this stage.

There is no point us going over the same things constantly.
