I know you've said sale only but would you be interested in a swap for an iPhone 4 16GB?
#3
I would have considered it but I see you are in Glasgow.
#4
I'd take at asking but Birmingham is a bit out of my way - in Lancashire.

Willing to post first to high feedback buyers?
#5
Having been a long time lurker here I knew if I offered to post it people would say since you have no feedback would you post first etc. Hence th reason it is cash in collection.

Do you not know anyone who lives near Brum ?
#6
No connections in Birmingham unfortunately.

I'd get you to post to my work address and can provide work number and email address if that helps.

Also have feedback on Avforums.

Hi

Sorry but I won't post.

Maybe you fancy a day out. Its worth it for the price I'm asking even if you factor in fuel costs.
#8
Is it completely unmarked? Any receipt?

P.s. fancy a swap with a desire HD?
#9
Hi

It is used so it may have a few small marks on it but nothing i have noticed. Yes I have a receipt and no I dont want a Htc desire hd.

Again to keep things simple cash only on collection.
#10
Give it a miss then. Good luck.
#11

So you dont actually have the receipt? You only have the paypal invoice? What is the reason for sale if you dont mind me asking?
#17
Hi

I have a receipt but thought the paypal one would be better.

Selling since i prefer my iphone
#18
Very interested and will actually be passing through Birmingham tomorrow morning. Can you provide a picture of the receipts please.

Edit: I'll take it for £280 cash collection from Birmingham provided you supply both original receipt, paypal receipt and your personal contact details and copy of utility bill with name and address matching the Paypal receipt of purchase. Sorry but any less and it's not worth the risk.

Firstly the price £295 NO OFFERS.

Secondly I'm happy to provide the original receipt. The paypal invoice I need to check it does not have too much personal info. I will not give a copy of any utility bill for obvious reasons. However I'm happy to show you them. All these items will have the same name and the address is the same as the one you will be collecting the phone from.

Is it me or is selling stuff on here now almost impossible without every deal turning into :-

Will you post first, you have no feed back, can you tell me your inside leg measurement, what was the number you first thought of

If people dont want to buy based on what the sellers offering then errrm dont buy it's quite a simple process(_;)

valiud point and yes it does annoy me when people want low value stuiff posted first etc etc

but mobiles are a bit different - proof of ownership is key - there were (and maybe still are) loads of instances where, in particular iphones, were reported stolen to get a new one under insurance, tehn sold on before teh IMEI gets blocked (which takers about 3 weeks)

hence people are who know are very cautious about mobiles - and maybe why AVforums stopped the sale of mobiles totally

If you are able to ensure all that within reasonable guarentee of assurance that the phone is safe to purchase and will definitely not get barred later on, I would accept your £295.

Firstly I agree that selling on here can be a nightmare.

Hence the reason I wanted to keep the sale simple by offering the sale from my house. I understand totally that when you come to buying phones that you have to be careful because they can become blocked. Again the reason why I'm selling direct from my house would provide more confidence in the purchase.

Firstly I bought this second hand as stated but I do have recourse from the seller that I purchased it from that if it was to get blocked they would replace the phone with another one or if they do not have one then they would be able to get a refund from them, but at whatever they sell the phone at at that time i.e if it is blocked say in 6 months time and they sell the phone for say £200 then I would be able to get £200 back since I have used the phone for the time in between. Obviously I have no idea what the value would be at any moment in time.

So yes I can offer assurance as above which I think is more than most.
