I've got a HP 2133 for sale brand new and fully boxed.

I bought it to use but didn't even open it up as I already have a laptop,.

So it's here to sell. It's the linux version with SLED 10, 120GB HD etc.

Not looking to make any profit just get my money back.

Pics are shown below.

I'm after 300 cash on collection, other methods will incure charges ofcouse - but I will not charge extra, just what it costs me.

lol! :p I've already got a HP 2133, bought this for my brother but one is enough as I don't use mine much - used it all the time at the start, but as I need a bigger screen (to do work I need a bigger screen).

So I haven't opened this one, but trust me this thing will turn heads the KB is brilliant and case is so sleek and the screen....ooooohhhhhh

Worth every penny though, and if you have used one you will know why.

Haven't yet, ordering them through work as part of a new project so will soon see!

I was commenting that your price was good btw!

Ahh I see, but I paid around £330 so even at £300 I'm losing some money

hmmm the asus is good too lol dont dis it i have done one lmao.

Although this looks more professional.

I had a little play with the EEE for a few weeks, but it's not so good. The Blue LED's on the HP look better, has built in bluetooth which frees up a USB port and Express54G slot and SD reader, all in all you get more. However must give credit to Asus as the pioneers of mini notebooks.

Battery life depends on brightness level of screen, using wifi etc. many different things. So I haven't done a complete and proper test but generally lasts about 2 hours.

I am based in blackburn

am interested, but can't collect and afford that price and postage.

OK no problem, but it would cost more to post it than drive with royal mails rip off prices and paypal fees.

Interested but I need to know how easy it is to get XP on there, especially since there isn't a cd/dvd drive? whats the alternative to a cd/dvd drive-I mean fair enough u can buy external ones or u can copy everything to a USB then use power iso but how about booting to CD, I have found it hard to boot from a USB key before?

I installed openSUSE 11 on mine using a SD card and a memory card reader, getting XP will be very very easy, there are lots of guides out there made to get XP onto EEE PC - which can also be used to get XP onto the HP 2133. There is no reason why you can't install it just follow the guide and you will be fine.

Google will be your best bet.

This ought to be your best bet:
