What's the full spec? And when you say doesn't switch on because hinge is broken, what do you mean? Is it motherboard damage, power switch damage etc?

I would be interested.

Wow how did you smash that up? how did you break it just so I know if its salvageable.

Ah pics weren't there when I posted. So is it just coz the case is battered you can't switch it on? Have you tried pressing the power button under the casing?

It hasnt been dropped, the hinge just kept lifting up, so i took it the shop and they fixed it tempory, then my little boy got hold of it and lifted it up to high and that was the result.

So it does work fine, no screen damage etc? Just the fact that the left side hinge is broken?

What payment methods do you take? I prefer bank transfer so I am not hit with PP fees and I have faster payments so its instant.

This happened to my parents laptop (hinge) it's an easy fix. Not sure about the power problem but alot of the cables are located under that bent bit.

Yeah I tested it and the screen is so faint that I cant make out what is says but works ok connected to a external monitor so maybe a loose ribbon.

Anyway op it powers on ok it seems that the battery is dead or at least not charging but dont worry I am happy with purchase (btw I am not saying you are the OP lol)
