Looking at selling my HTC HD2. Will come with case cover box etc etc and additional battery.

Just wondering what sort of price I should be looking to get for it and if anyone is interested?

Thanks

Forgot to put, in very good condition (no scratches as far as I can tell and kept in a case all the time) and I would reset to factory setting when I send.

Hi mate,

Would be interested if I had the money. This post is really to say that I had a Brand new one, still sealed in the Box, took me a good few weeks to sell but I did, got £250 for it but that also included another new 8GB micro SD card and protective screen and case cover. That was in June though. Good luck with the sale.

put android 2.2 on it (runs very happily off sd card) and give it a completely new lease of life.

Just did that myself, the improvement over WinMo 6.5 is incredible. Not without its flaws (battery drainage, flash for camera, photo quality, charging issues) but bugs are being stomped all the time. It's not really for a novice though - it involves flashing your phone 3 times and you will end up with a decorative paper weight if you mess that up.

well i didn't flash my phone - it dual boots either as winmo (off the chip) or froyo (off the SD card).

needless to say it's never on winmo now.

dunno why you have problems - battery drainage is a little bit of an issue but i keep a spare cheap charger at work. as for the other matters, flash for camera works fine, photo quality is fine and it charges fine, so dunno if you have a different build (i use darkstone) but maybe you should try another one and maybe just tweak your power settings??

Yeah I changed to a better build (the latest desire HD one) and it's 10 times better now, battery life is better than winmo and performance is absolutely unreal (benchmarks put it way beyond any current android phone!). No camera at all but that's on its way soon hopefully.

I'm suprised you've got away with leaving the standard ROM and radio on, think you may have been lucky there! Usually causes compatability issues going by the threads on XDA devs but good for you!

when i put it on you couldn't flash it, dunno if that's changed now. only option was to put system on sd card and run it off that - still very happy with it. had to change radio but once i checked out some guides that was fairly painless - really looking forward to them getting the hd version fully up and running and i'll stick that on

well done and good luck

what build did you use btw?

i may just stick it on, don't really use the camera much

sorry for slow reply, just mulling it over.

Sorry I forgot all about this thread. Use the build here at XDA devs. Is a beta and I wasn't expecting much but I'm extremely impressed.
