iMac G3 For Sale - £75 Collected (Trowbridge Area)

Until recently this was my daughters iMac, however we no longer need it as I have bought myself a new Mac Mini so she now has my iMac.

It's approximately 7 years old but has been well cared for and is in good condition with no cosmetic scratches or dents, the only thing that's needed is a new PRAM battery (cost around £4.50 including delivery on ebay for a new one) It's very easy to change, will take less than 1 minute, the computer is fully working without it but will not keep the time each time you switch off, replacing the battery would mean it would keep the time inbetween shut downs.

General Specs

PowerPC G3
Processor Speed: 400MHz
Hard Drive: 10 GB
Memory: 128MB Ram
Screen Size: 15inch
Operating System: OSX Jaguar 10.2.8 (pre loaded - original disks included are OS9)
Slot Loading DVD Rom/CD Rom (please note this is not a DVD Burner or CD Writer but is a DVD Player)
Built In Dial Up Modem
USB Ports
Ethernet/Firewire Ports

There's quite a bit of software on there including Photoshop CS2, any further questions please ask.

Complete with Apple Keyboard & Apple Mouse & Software CD's and System Software (OS9 Classic Restore Disks) & Various other Software CD's World Book Kidpix, iMovie etc.

What you can see in the photo below is what you would recieve (apart from the desk it sits on!).

I would much prefer to have the buyer collect this as I no longer have the main box for iMac itself (just the box for the accessories as pictured) - I would consider a courier but would imagine the cost would be £20+ which would be added to the cost.

Any questions please ask :)

Additional software that can be loaded (For evaluation purposes only ;-) ) on request of the buyer:

Microsoft Word
InDesign (From CS2 Suite)
Dreamweaver MX 2004
Can this be connected to the internet wirelessly (sp) even if it means buying something to be able to do it?
Yes, to get it wireless you would need to buy a Airport device though.

We have it through a router at the moment via ethernet.
£65 Anyone?

I need the space!
Whilst iMacs are nice Macs, they are old and we have bought two over the last year for the younger ones, one 400mhz (£26.00) and a Snow (600mhz) for £32.00 so although we know it's hard to let your loved hardware go : (all Macs here) it's probably may be over priced, why not keep it and use it for a Mail server or just stick a bigger hard drive and use it for storage, movies, music etc....

Our 2 iMacs are networked (wired) to the main Mac (G4) and the kids can watch movies, games, internet etc.... on their own respective iMacs and everything is monitored through the main Mac (OSX Server is turned on at night when they need to use them) and it doesn't take up much space and is quiet enough.
I have no space for it, if you got those Macs for those prices complete with keyboard & mouse then you have got yourself two true bargains.

I saw a worse specced iMac than mine sell on here last week for £70 last week so don't think my price of £65 (would listen to anything over £50) is unrealistic.

This was the link to the one that sold for £70.
