hi guys, going to describe this as well as possible as it does work fine, however there are some points to note with it

im selling an iphone 2g 8GB, which is fully boxed with charger, datacable, etc

touchscreen works perfectly, no cracks or major scratches

all apps work, can install them fine

wifi works

problems im aware of -

line of dead pixels across the top of the screen
mute and volume buttons are broken - however sound can be turned down/off in options
there are a few light dents around the back and side of the phone as this is the first gen and is aluminium so is damaged easily
phone and messaging seems to work fine, however some people have said it doesnt sound that loud when i call them, not sure if this is because its 2g not 3g for calls but could be a possibly problem
headphones socket, my headphones dont fit (non apple) i think the iphone 2g has a larger headphone jack so not sure if you need specific apple headphones that fit or not mine just go in and come out again - but as its an iphone it does have a loudspeaker if you need to listen to music

i think thats about it, can get pics if anyones interested, it looks fine really works pretty well, as an ipod if not an iphone but ive tried to describe it as well as i can, i used it as a backup phone for about 3 months and had no major problems with it but im just making you aware before you think about buying it

anyway, price im asking is 90inc recorded delivery, seing as fully broken ones on ebay with no screens, or dont even turn on go for only slightly less i think is a fair price

if anyone is interested, just plugged in my ipod speakers and the headphone jack does work fine, you just need straight line headphones as opposed to the right angled ones i tried before as its not a flush headphone jack on the iphone 2g that most other devices use

box is upstairs, pics below of back, small dent on side & screen, little row of pixels across about 1/4 of the way down & a few more at the top where it says the network

No Thread Spoiling.
