Ipod Touch 32GB ... £295.00

My wife bought me this a week ago for my birthday; I really wanted an ipod touch and was lucky enough to receive the 32GB version!!
Its virtually brand new, no scratches, in perfect condition (no dead pixels etc), latest with Lennon on the box and new software!
What has happened is that on Monday my work has upgraded our blackberry phones to iphones so without offending the wife I discussed about selling the touch because the iphone pretty much does the same job as an mp3 player and I will put the money towards a new laptop. RRP is £329 - asking for £295
Shipping/Payment:
Prefer Bank Transfer, located in Glos for collection

You story seems odd considering this thread: http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/130185/ipod-touch-16gb/

So you had a 16GB touch, then got an I-phone, then later your wife got you a new 32GB (last week) and then on monday an Iphone?? How does that work...?

I had a 16GB version, sold it and bought a 160GB classic which has since been sold, got another touch (32GB version) but i am selling again as i have an iphone... meant nothing malicious in my story, chain of events may sound strange but at the end of the day I have a new 32GB ipod touch to sell.
Welcome to answer questions re: offers

I have decided to sell my ipod touch as i have been lucky enough to be given an iphone and there is not much point having the two.

But you said in the other thread (2 months ago) you were selling because you got an i-phone - so are you saying you sold that i-phone? Also I don't see where you sold the other ipod touch in the thread?

Not trying to thread-spoil but something doesn't seem quite right...

got reciept for this 32gb one?
#10
Yes got a receipt, Nothing fishy and i can ensure things are right...Please don't worry about iphone issue as you prob have more worries then that.
Blimey £296 is a great price, would except £275 considering.....
#11
How about some photos of the item with your username and the date? A stock photo doesn't carry much weight..

Just trying to establish if you are telling the truth, there are a lot of scammers on this forum and from what you have posted this time and what you posted two months ago it seems like you are lying somewhere. You state you successfully sold here before - if this is true, please state where and who to. You state you are selling this as you just received an iphone on Monday, yet this is almost identical to your reasons for selling the 16GB model 2 months ago...

telling the truth, i am not a scammer... I will provide all contact details inc. work, i sold my old one through the previous thread, chap paid cash at my house (i even took away a tenner for his petrol as he came from Birmingham). Just been looking at my gmail and found correspondence, prob isnt right i should provide you with his email address but could do if you were at all worried? Both reasons are similar you are right. No disrespect but I have nothing to hide and prefer now not to keep answering about if i am a scammer etc.. please let me know if you are interested, if not, i am not too bothered as i will sell this elsewhere... feel free to email me if you like: [email protected]">[email protected]

There is no offer and acceptance in the other thread? You haven't explained about the other iphone. The point is, if someone is prepared to make lies about the reasons for sale etc then surely they can't be trusted on any of their other details?

Can you just calm down there Columbo, all you're doing is ruining his thread, it's obvious he's genuine and i'd be happy to deal with this guy.

There many be a lot of scammers, but there are a lot of interfering Rep-hungry so and so's :whistling:

Jah128 is simply trying to establish the facts wierdowross- he's provided links to the discrepancies he's worried about- However Jah128, as much as I appreciate you trying to get the OP's story straight, the rules do state:

(16) If you believe a poster is dodgy please use the “report” button stating your evidence. ONLY post suspicions in the thread if you are 100% positive the poster is a troll.

ashtongate, do you have an ebay account? Could you provide a picture of the actual item you're selling please.
#18
I disagree, there is no evidence of a sale on the other thread, and there is no answer about what happened to the previous iphone. I'll say it again, if someone is prepared to lie about the reason for sale or about previous trades then surely they can't be trusted about other things - this seller has no feedback, what makes you say he is 'obviously genuine?'

give it a rest jah, im sure the op aint the only one on this forum to buy things then not like them and sell them, im sure there are a lot of complusive spenders here.....

as is said above just leave it to reporting it.....

Well if the last person collected from his house and he is offering collection again and has the receipt, I have no reason to doubt the OP

Just my opinion though

£200 still here?
#22
£250 collected?
#23
Thanks guys, at the end of the day my conscious is clear, i will provide any bit of information that you will need. I don't do too much on ebay but sure my account is: ashton.gate (100% feedback). let me reassure any buyer with my home address, Tel numbers etc... actually mobile is xxxxx
I will accept £265 [email protected] (no less). I have the receipt electronically if it helps?
Welcome to call/email anytime... let me know ASAP if that is ok?
#24

#25

Sorry, from Camera Phone again...
#33
Bump!
#34
Sold !
Cheers!
#35
To whom?
#36
Please point us to where you've sold it in the thread? Thanks.
#37
Well actually I realised that I could send it back to the online store that we got it from (14 day satisfaction thing), so doing that now (easier to say it was sold)... hopefully it works out for me?
Thanks to everyone that supported me in this thread!

Items like this are usually exempt from any returns policy unless broken, guess you must have been lucky :whistling:
#39
The company say "You have a 15-day money-back guarantee that starts when you receive the product".

Hope it's ok - otherwise might be back on here :?
banned#40
Which company was that then ?

I'm sure a few others would be glad of the info if they accept open returns. Could come in handy :)
