hi, i would say so, i use, the teint miracle in this colour and it is for fair skin :)
hi, i use this one in summer (01) and the 010 in winter in teint miracle, so not the lightest its the second colour up from the lightest, if this makes sense.its biege based to not pink. hope this helps :)
