For sale I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 15.6 inch Laptop (Intel Core i5-450M 2.4GHz, 4Gb, 640Gb, DVDRW, WLAN, HDMI, eSATA, Webcam, Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit)

Item is in excellent condition apart from letter 'E' which is missing, however these can be purchased for about £2/3 from ebay. Only reason i haven't bough it myself was simply due to having no effect on the functionality of the laptop or even the key.

Comes fully boxed with original box, with battery and charger. all in good condition. Please see pics.

Not Touch Screen Im afraid

Can offer £150 plus delivery.

Really need a touchscreen for Windows 8 hence the offer amount (i.e. I would rather invest over £200 in a touchscreen laptop, even if it means compromising spec.).

A few things first:

1) Does this have a valid Win 7 product key as part of the deal?
If so can you post a pic (obviously with the main part of the product key hidden).

2) Can you go to the crucial website and use their scanner tool to show the laptops specs and max memory capacity.

3) Can you provide any proof of cost to replace the missing key on the keyboard? I'm only seeing an American keyboard for £16 on eBay at the moment, no replacement keys at all.

1 - dont knw exactly what you mean, the only product key i can see is a serial number at the bottom of my laptop on the left hand side like on this pic http://postimg.org/image/eouitulg9/. I take it you just want a bigger pic of that?

2 I get this message 'The server encountered an error processing your request. Please use the back button on your browser and submit your request again. If the problem persists, please try again in a few minutes or contact our Customer Service team.'

3- Can get keys from http://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/UK/?gclid=CKGk4fvz5b8CFUoUwwodYroAGQ for around £5

or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lenovo-Keyboard-KEY-B570-B575-V570-G570-G575-Ideapad-Z560-Z565-Z570-Z575-/281166157682?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item4176cf1772 on ebay - both websites you can use paypal.

Yeah in that pic is a product key.

Google crucial scanner or go to: http://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/systemscanner

Is this a UK or US laptop? Does it have a UK keyboard layout?
