  I don't have one to sell but you might want to consider checking out eBay UK for refurbished ThinkPads - a suggestion to consider would be a ThinkPad X61; they are good runners plus DDR2 RAM is still cheap enough for it plus a replacement eight cell battery can be purchased easily as well. :D

  First link is to a list of ThinkPad X61 Laptops listed via Buy it Now on eBay UK - best entry level model to go for would be one with an Intel C2D T7300 CPU; bear in mind that if you want to replace the CPU you need to swap out the motherboard completely.
  
  Second link for cheap memory is via Amazon UK - it's 2x2GB DDR2 PC2-6400 DIMMs from Kompbay market place reseller and it's going for £38.00p plus free delivery.
  
  The replacement eight cell battery would depend upon the exact sub-model of the X61 you go for - it's just something to consider but there may be other options out there for you to consider. :D
  
  EDIT: The link to the eBay UK Buy it Now list isn't working - if you pop over to eBay UK, do a search for ThinkPad X61 and you'll get the results you need. Option wise you could go for a buy it now or do auction bidding but have a look and see what's available - bear in mind this is an older model of laptop (business class) which hasn't been built in a while hence the cheap prices you'll see.
