Why bump 1 mintue after you have posted? it is still at the top of the list.
Just a waste of a bump, you only get 3 :)

Whilst we are on the topic of 'bumps' can I just add that there was no need for this post; bit of a 'bump' in itself.
louisman have a look at the FS guidelines
A maximum of 3 bumps per thread.
Do not bump your threads excessively. It’s not fair on other users. Three bumps per thread are allowed in order to promote your listing. For this reasons, no vague threads are permitted and the item offered/wanted must be specific. Any unnecessary comments or consecutive postings within your thread will be classed as a bump or thread spoil.

Threads allow up to 5 photos per post, if you are listing several items in one thread, please reserve a post at time of the thread creation (by making a comment within your thread and later editing your pictures into that comment) otherwise subsequent photo/request for photos may be deemed as a bump.

All photos must be of the actual item for sale (not a stock photo) and include a note containing your member name and dated alongside. It is your responsibility to take a picture of the item you’re selling before listing on Hotukdeals and to add them to your thread as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary bumps.

And moodymoo1971; I'm not sure what your contribution is.
No Thread Spoiling.
Do not comment within any trade thread unless you are actually interested in the item listed or you post a valid URL to the same item new and cheaper elsewhere. Links to auction / marketplace sites are not allowed. Lowball offers are classed as thread spoiling. If you are offering an item, regardless of whether in a “for sale” or “wanted” thread, you MUST state a valid asking price..

Please only post if you have any genuine interest / advice

you know you can use a usb pen drive to move stuff from one 360 to another
#11
^^ Not if the old Xbox has RROD though.
#12
or do as I did, remove the casing off the old hard drive then you can just plug the hard drive into your slim xbox
#13
Ok just tried that, looks like more hassle than it's worth than the 7 squid I'm about to spend on buying one :p
#14
lol its only a few screws, check you tube theres loads of videos showing you how
banned#15
just use a usb drive, copy over to usb using the xbox .easy no need for cable.
#16
Not as easy as it would have been for you to read the original reason I cant use that method though. . . . .

And the screwdriver that fits those screws = more money than the transfer lead I bought so a no brainer really.
#17
more money than the cable? I picked up a cheap set in the poundshop with 12 different heads for it ...lol
Anyway have you tried ringing xbox customer services when I changed from my 20 gig to my 120 gig they sent me one free of charge
maybe worth a shot and while you wait for it to turn up you can just recover your gamertag to the slim xbox from the dashboard
