For sale, the famous LUMINES game for the PSP.

This is the original, and is commonly also used for unbricking PSPs/creating pandora batteries, etc. This particular game is particularly in demand due to this functionality

Title Edited. Also, be aware this DOES NOT unbrick or create pandora batteries. My mistake!

which firmware is installed on the disc?
I hate to say it, but this listing is wrong, false and blatantly UNTRUE!!!

the Lumines exploit allows users of Phat PSp's running firmware 3.50 and lower to DOWNGRADE their PSP, this game cannot, will not and never will allow you to create a Pandora battery on a Slim and Lite and is unable to "unbrcik" you PSP if you mess it up, the only thing you can fix that with is the affor mentioned battery.

And incase anyone thinks I am thread spoiling, I do have a legitimate reason for posting all this, the game is WAY over priced, you can get it from cex for £3.50, they have plenty in stock online and offline and it includes free postage.

You're absolutely right Mike, although I'll point out it wasn't intentionally misleading.

I did buy it about a year or two ago, and was sure it was also neccicary for unbricking/pandora creation. Having done a little bit of research, I see that that is in fact incorrect and the only purpose of Lumines is to:

a) Play puzzles!
b) Downgrade from 3.50 and lower official firmware, to allow you to then upgrade to custom firmware.

btw, I did origonally buy this from CEX and remember it being almost as expensive as GAME et al. This to my mind was because of its unique use and so I just presumed it had kept it's value. I also had a quick look on ebay and they were going for around £12 in some cases.

Btw, that CEX deal is cracking if you need a copy. Not worth my while selling it for that so I will pass it onto a friend. Thought I'd clear that up anyway!
