Have used this for 1 week, but really it was an impulse buy and I dont need it.

£65 delivered, currently has all the latest films on it, but I presume I will have to sell it blank? If so will delete everything and it will come as new

What did you expect from it? Lol its not really going to light up your life is it :P Do you have the receipt for warranty?
#4
I expected to use it as extra storage, but realise I dont actually need that much room.

I bought it from Amazon and still have their invoice/online receipt

And were the specs the same as this Maxtor?

All external 3.5 inch hard drives are 7200rpm. Some are 8mb cache most are 16/32 these days, Western Digital is a much better brand than Maxtor when it comes to reliability and warranty etc. Although now Seagate own maxtor so things may have changed. The Mybooks have a couple of additional features like button backup as well as a capacity remaining indicator on the front.

Should also get some feedback on here today, after doing some swaps earlier this week

Interested but not at £50, let me know if you will consider dropping as new 500gb drives can be had for around £55
