wow what a price shame it's NOT AVAILABLE NOW

Nobody suggested it was available now did they? It was a sensible question to ask seeing as though you have 3 or 4 and you are now selling them on here, as you are not allowed to sell for profit

if you buy it cheap and sell for profit its not against the rules as long as you dont try to sell for more than the RRP or lowest current price (that is proved with source).

Not true.

(10) You must NOT list items for sale at higher than the recommended retail price. The marker of RRP will be determined by cross indexing with Amazon or other well known retailer. Profiteering is NOT permitted from items previously found at a lower price in the 'Deals' or ANY forum here.
* Vouchers available as non transferable or with next to no resale value, such as 0.001p for example and generally available free items etc. must NOT be offered for sale or trade.

Thats what "items previously found" says to me.
#22

i think their basically accusing you (nicely) or trying to profit off a coupla drives they think (THINK) you picked up cheap from sainsburys, which im sureisnt true and then it sorta turned into, if they can get a rule that would make you want to sell it for £20 without actually being asked to sell for £20, why doesnt somebody just say ill take for £20, as they were £20 in sainsburys? or offer £20+postage. oh well, thanks for the advice morrk, still learning
#28
i'll offer £20 + p&p :D
#29
the receipt clearly states i paid more than my asking price, now that's fair

#32
the receipt contains personal details that I would rather not broadcast to the world (bought online so digital)

Please point out where I am making my accusation!

You really ought to think about what you are saying before you open your mouth Shaazah as you spout a lot of nonsense! People will always challenge from a previous deal on here, but they simply ask a question, not make wild accusations.

Notice that people are only saying they will pay £20 for it because of the Sainsburys offer, and are willing to pay more if they see the receipt from the purchase. That to me is a bit far, but someone will always ask the question!
