Apparently according to the BBC website see link below, they are offering a full refund including charges or the option to keep your ticket.

If anyone has a ticket I may be interested in buying this for the full refund cost and admin fees you paid, let me know if you are interested.

Please note this is a FS/T Thread rather than MISC - just to prevent the thread getting unfairly bumped with a MISC discussion. Relevant comments removed, thanks.

I dont think they are worth getting-I had 4 tickets and will be getting a refund. there are just too many tickets available for there to be any value above what was paid for many years to come.

I have some genuine one-off memorabilia ,including gold discs signed and signed tour programmes-I think aeg are just cashing in on the grief of his fans-this is outrageous.

Thanks for the report. Thread closed - after looking into this further, the items that fans have currently don't appear to be the actual tickets :
Around £60 million worth of tickets were sold for the 60-date comeback tour at London's O2 Arena, with 750,000 people paying between £50 and £75 for a seat. Each fan received a sales voucher or receipt, and tickets were due to be sent out by post.

but fans have the option of using these vouchers to receive 'commemorative' tickets instead of a refund, but these special tickets are not in hand yet & so a wanted thread cannot be posted util they are :
Applications for a commemorative ticket must be made by August 14, although there is no closing date for full refunds.

Apologies for the voucher / ticket confusion. Thread closed. Once commemorative tickets have been received (if applied for) then they can be resold at face value. But proof that they are 'in hand' would be required.
