right then, time for one of my pc's to go!
the vote has gone to my sff one to go........
core 2 duo @ 2.0
asrock motherboard
2gb ddr667 ram (crucial)
250gb sata2 hard drive
dvdrw drive
7800gt pcie
650w psu
nexus fan and light controller
and i nice small case with windows to look in.
the lights are not this bright but the camera seems to focus on them more than the pc, so, sorry about the quality

ive seen a few old school systems go on here for a couple of hundred so figure this is worth alot more. ebay sells them for anything from £500-£700!
so i was thinking £500

Thats a very nice computer you have there. Does it not get a bit hot with all of that power in such a small box, nice case as well btw. Im definatly sure you will get £500 for it.
yep that is a powerful machine and a nice case too.
i was surprised to find that it does not get too hot. the reading on the front of the case (30c) reads about 10 degrees lower than the cpu temp (40c). under load the cpu hits low fifties, im sure it would rise if clocked high, ive had 3.0 from a core 2 duo and thats with stock cooling at 60c!
i fitted the fan controller to make the case fans more silent, they can be cranked up if needed. also, i have a cut on the gfx cooler which points over the motherboards chipset, making that cooler too!
That's very similar to mine, Although I've only got the Core 2 Duo E4300, They are very nice cases, Although not the best build quality. I built mine ( Slightly Lower Spec ) For about £250. 2 GB Ram, 120 GB Hard Drive. 512MB ATI Radeon Sapphire X1650 Graphics. They do run very cool and mine never goes over 30C on the case.
forgot to say, if you want any more pictures, benchmarks or info, just ask!
gonna let this run till tomorrow then i think it would be better somewhere else.
mod please close, going elsewhere.
