I have a HP Media Less Key for Microsoft Office 2007 Professional.

There is no media with the licence key but you can purchase a DVD from Microsoft for amount £10 with the key.

If you activate on or before 30th September, you can also get a free Upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010 Professional.

Due to the time constraint, I will send you the Key via email upon cleared payment. I will then post the licence sticker to the address.

Please ask if you have any questions.
Shipping/Payment:
Key via email.
Then post via RM.

illegal to do this is it not?

This is illegal
#3
no its not illegal, it may be against the licence terms and hence worthless but not "illegal"
where do these daft ideas come from, have you all signed licensing agreements with MS?
#4
I don't understand why people say it is illegal.

I paid £159.00 to HP to get a licence key and can be used to active in ONE system. However you can not use it on the second machine. Once activated it will be associated with the machine and can't be used on the other machine.

Please don't just put negative comments if you don't understand the Licence terms.

Ok fair enough if you are 100% understand the License terms, but you are misleading the potential buyer here when you said this will allow upgrade to 2010 for free !! Which is a total mis-informed without the knowledge or intentionally to do so

You are not eligible for the upgrade if you have Office 2007 through a volume license (typically business owners with five computers or more); promotional or not-for-resale copies; or bought Office 2007 through the Home Use Rights or Student Select programs. That's been informed by Microsoft

If you don't understand the upgrade condition I suggest you to read again before posting incorrect information. It looks like you don't understand between MLK and Volume licence. Again I suggest you to read ther T&C.

Goto this page http://emea.microsoftstore.com/europe/en-US/Help/Microsoft-Office-2010-Tech-Guarantee

And look under Upgrade path. 4th condition where it states "Academic, VUP, MLK, and military appreciation versions of these products, where they exist, are eligible."

Hope this helps

I just can't get my head around why people pay crazy prices for stuff like this when it can be found all over the Net for free.

There is a thing called piracy and some people are not very comfortable with that.
