I don't mean to put anyone's guard up, but these could be fake. XOMY aren't a registered retailer of Beats by Dr. Dre in the United Kingdom according to the Monster website.

It could simply be the case of them not mentioning all of the authorised dealers of the Monster products - but there are a ton of counterfeit Monster Beats flooding the markets (even in reputable shops and websites) so it really is a case of needing to keep aware when purchasing these products.

Click the Counterfeit Warning on the left side of the page for more info:

neither are HMV,Play or many others according to that link......I would advise anyone who has any doubts with regard to these to not purchase if they are unsure in anyway,my feedback and history on this site should be more than adequate to put most minds at rest

It would have little to do with your feedback or history, as it is very easy to be caught out by counterfeit goods, especially Beats by Dr. Dre products which are extremely good counterfeits, minus of course the technical sound which can't really be replicated in the bootlegs.

They seem to be genuine, but I'm just letting people know to be aware.

Good luck with the sale though - and £40 offered for Beats by Dre? LOL.

I have both reals and fakes and the quality of the picture of the box and the colour and thickness of the wire are genuine on the picture he provided :)

Only really use earphones for the gym and these were too expensive to use there, also prefer headphones for regular home use,so these have been gathering dust

I can offer £54.

Edit: Was just curious about what kind of warranty the headphones are covered with? Doesn't affect the offer though.

If you can stretch to £57 then I can post via RMSD as soon as payment received, otherwise by a slower insured method for £55

Unsure about the warranty, there may be some remaining with monster but cannot verify at this time,so assume there is none to be on the safe side

If you can get it out so that its with me tomorrow then £57 is alright, if not then whichever Royal Mail insured/recorded delivery you think best will do. Send me a pm and we'll sort it out.
