These are not sold out everywhere.
You cannot sell here for above RRP.
This is not ebay...you do not need to write ...comes with 5 GAMES. It comes with 1 game.. Wii Sports.

Its amazing how many wii s have been bought by accident . If i was spending nearly £200 i would make sure i needed it first . A cynic may point to falling ebay prices as a reason for all these mistakes !

Sorry i'm new to this forum, Nice to be welcomed. people are very cynical on this forum instead of giving a few helpful hints on how to list my item here properly they just assume the worst

Sorry about the title it was copied from my ebay listing its been changed. You may not believe me but these wii's were genuinly bought by accident. I bought a few wii's as my son and nephew all wanted wiis but turns out two of my brother have bought wii's for the kids So i only needed one from my son and nad one of my nephews. I've also put a link to my ebay user profile (you can send me a message through ebay for verification)

Yes, we should be nicer to people who join to sell things and don't bother reading the rules/advice given for sellers:

-Selling above RRP
-Inviting members to deal by PM
-Having the items listed on ebay as well as here
-Being a commercial seller/reseller (see ebay feedback)
-Not posting pictures of the actual items

You can't have posted your original text and not thought it looked extremely dodgy in the least...
an invitation to deal by pm and send the money direct to you, even giving the paypal address that people are supposed to send their cash to? What if five people had sent cash at the same time, you'd have £1000 but only one Wii to send out... oh no!

Where does it say you can't do this? (Not disagreeing with your point, I've just seen this mentioned a few times lately but haven't seen it stated in any rules).

Section II rule 8:

(8) You must not list items for sale at higher than the recommended retail price. The marker of RRP will be determined by cross indexing with Amazon for example.

(used to be a bit easier to find...)

Thanks. :) I tried searching for the rules but can't seem to find them, but that could be down to the wonders of the 'upgraded' site, which is why I asked. The rules you get if you click on FS/FT Guidelines link at the top of every thread doesn't mention it. Perhas it's something that needs to be addressed as the old stickies and having a mod post the guideines in each thread seemed to be a better way of doing things, but I guess that's a topic for a different forum.

Yep- I had to go back and find one of Rayman's old posts that he put in to every for sale post. It's not having Rayman around that's allowing so many scammers (no, am not accusing op here of being a scammer) to post. Up to a week ago, clearly dubious threads would vanish within minutes of being posted. I really hope they pull the site back together soon- people are going to get ripped off if this continues...
