Nintendo Wii - brand new and boxed, £195.00 pickup in London OR Leicester

Yes, it's another Nintendo Wii! Brand new, boxed, unopened, complete with all the standard stuff and Wii Sports. I'm selling it for how much I paid for it (£195). I actually bought three altogether, two from Amazon (one of which I kept and one which I sold) and one from a high street retailer for £230 with a game. I'm keeping the game, but selling the console at the above price.

The item can be picked up from London OR Leicester - but you'll have to let me know by Friday at the latest where you want to pick it up from.

Cash only please on pickup.

Pics below: (it's now showing the pics in the thread for some reason, so just copy the URLs to your address bar)

If you want it delivered, then it's £15 postage and packing.

Offer and acceptance of trade or sale must be posted in relevant thread. You must NOT deal by PM only.

Oh okay, yes post in the thread then.

Thanks.

You cant sell above RRP on here..do we no longer enforce these rules rayman? :S

Ok, you tell me what the rrp of a wii is ?

If every single shop sold them at £179.99 then yes, that would be the rrp, but being as they arn't and they are selling between that price and hundreds of pounds more there is no way you can specify the rrp in my opinion on this item.

Smashed, why are you so bothered about it?
Thats what admin, and mods are here for. Don't worry about it...relax....and merry christmas :santa:

RRP = Retailers Recommended Price.
This is set by the manufacturer..i.e. Nintendo.
And Nintendo set it at £180

This is the forum rule. The RRP is £180. If a shop sells for over that..then you cant stop them. But you can stop this... its outside the forum rules.

I agree, I should shut up..because this forum doesnt have idiots. Well it does...the people trying to sell.
At least 10 on here today..over RRP...even the 1's at RRP are not selling on here, so why post at more :-D

People just will won't they......what a strange world we live in eh..!

It does now seem that people bought in bulk hoping to sell nearer xmas but that now seems to be backfiring.

Oh well...i wonder what the next big thing will be in regard to supply and demand....????

Why post at more - because very likely to actually get one in-time for Xmas now, you'll have to buy from the shops, which will either highly inflate the price (up to £300) or most likely won't have any in stock anyway. If someone can easily pickup from London or Leicester, then they may wish to take up the offer.

Once, granted, you've made your point. But posting in every Wii thread that the sellers are idiots and breaking the rules is a tad, well, on the sad side. :x

This thread is for sale offer. If you're not interested, please don't spam it. 9/10 may not be interested, 1 may. So let him/her gain something from it.

I take your points on board. Somebody may be willing to buy from here if they left it this late. However, they could also buy from ebay tomorrow, and have it posted SD and arrive on Friday? Or Saturday, Or Monday.
However, the person who may "gain something" is the person trying to sell over RRP for a profit.

I dont "spam" legitimate threads. In fact, by its very definition, this rule breaking thread is spam itself

Well I'm open to offers. I guess the only difference is you can pick this up straight away and not wait for delivery.
