Hi Guys,

I have had my nintendi wii that i had on pre-order with curries delivered today. Had a rethink and cant really justify having ps2+xbox360 and this wii, hence selling.

I am in north london and collection would be best - however if you wanted i could post for £22 special delivery.

The cost of console £300 (delivery extra) if required.

If you need i can provide my ebay id (over 300 feedback) and a landline number.

Please note i will only accept paypal payment from VERIFIED And Confirmed address members.

Any questions please ask - i expect you to be cautious as there seems to be so many con on these forums.

Thanks

because that is the minimum they are selling for on eBay!! I am sure you are aware how difficult they are to get hold off at this moment in time.

Why don't you take the controller and shove it where it will do you some good rather than trying to profiteer on getting a unit you obviously don't want or need at the expense of children who are looking for this at Christmas. Yo ho ho!!

Basically all the slimeballs who are selling "used" systems are in no way helping anyone save money or get a good deal - which is what this place is about.

Just a thought, but if everyone who objected to this type of profiteering was to bid a max of say £1000 on every bloody ebay ripoff and not pay, the market would soon dry up. I know I would get bad feedback, but it's worth it just to stop this awful practice.

Just a thought

It happens with everything, its a fact of life im afraid, its the people who are bidding for the wii's that are at fault, if they wait a few weeks then they will be able to pick them up in the shops..

Well i think that all those who wanted a wii could have got one, my mate went to asda's yesterday at 4.30pm and stood in a que until 12 o clock to get two(20 available), so all this ******** about ripping people off, if somebody has the common sense to order one in advance or can make money fair enough, if you dont like it dont pay it, i wouldn't pay £300 for one, most of the people who are moaning about it are to lazy to go out and pre -order one or stand in a que to get one.
ive rang around today and know that game are getting some in at the start of the week, but unless you chase them every day by phone or pre-order one, your not going to get one.
year before last i stood in a que for 4 hours to get 2 slimeline PS2's and sold them on ebay for not alot of profit, and i had a few emails saying what i was doing was wrong, (i made £30 on each) but i thought if they think im standing in a que for hours to sell it for what i paid for it they have enother thing going, anybody can do like the sharks are doing, get of their arses and go out and get one instead of saying the poor kiddies.
im after a Wii but willing to pay RRP but im not moaning at people who are out to earn money.
sorry for sounding narky rant over.

How did you get it from Currys when they cancelled all preorders????
#14
Blatant scam me thinks
#15
Well amazon was selling Wii's today sold out now, Game are getting some in next Week, the reason why they cancelled is you didnt order enough in advance, if you had you would have got one, from any of the major retailers or even ordered two from different suppliers, then you could have cancelled one instead, i wanted a 360 HD DVD drive, i ordered it months ago and recieved it a few days ago, there are no excuses.
I bet you if you get up early pull out the phonebook and rang HMV currys comet virging game gamestation argos Pc world, one of them will be getting stock, plus then you can try the online retailers, and even tesco and asda superstores and argos, depends if you realy want one.

Not true. This is posted in every argument about ebay but its stupidly illogical.

There werent anywhere near enough Wiis being shipped for everyone who wants one to get one. People were still going to end up without, wether they preordered or not. All eBay does is decrease the number of machines at RRP

Also, out of interest which Asda was this? I thought they werent getting any stock (like Tesco).

On the front of being able to get one today, yes you could if you looked hard enough. I went into town at 2:30 this afternoon and by 3 i'd found out that Woolworths had 2 and WHSmith had one. Did i buy them? No, i decided i was in no rush to buy a Wii (better to wait for bundles and accesories to become available)

It was asdas in Talbot green South wales, there were lots of asdas selling them last night, loads got turned away, then around 10pm the manager came out and handed 20 tickets out, only one per person, lucky he had his son with him,so he got two, then everybody else got turned away, one funny moment a women asked what are those people waiting by there for? the cashier replied, they are waiting for a Wii, the woman not knowing what a Wii was said, why dont they go to the toilet then.

If i had kids and i new they wanted a Wii im 100% confident i would of had one by now, because i would of ordered one in advance, in fact when i first heard they were being launched i pre-ordered one, about 4 months ago from play, but cancelled it about a month ago, thinking i didnt want one, after playing my mates today i thought it was pretty good, great if you have friends around.
