****Price reduced to £200****
For sale- my 26" Philips LCD TV. Purchased on 07/05/06 (receipt comes with this but warranty is up), this TV has had an average of two hours per day use. I've got a new TV coming this week (decided to upgrade as a Christmas present to myself) so i'm selling this for £240 plus delivery. The TV has always worked perfectly, has a good picture and sound and the absolutely coolest remote control i've ever seen. I had to hunt around to get this TV originally as I was looking for a telly with a range of inputs- this has VGA and DVI as well as tv and radio aerial sockets, two scarts, audio in and out 3.5mm sockets, headphone socket and svideo and AV 3.5 in. If connected to a PC via DVI you can have a 'picture in picture' of a TV channel on the same screen. Here's some pics I did two weeks ago when I was selling my Loewe DVD recorder (on shebay):

PICS NOW IN THREAD BELOW VVV

I've got the manual and remote (will add pics tomorrow) but not the box. Collection from central Cardiff is the preferred option, but if you want to suggest or arrange a courier service- fire away! I'm able to package the tv up, and we have a concierge here all day so courier collection can be made any time.

any questions- go ahead! I've got exemplary feedback here, 100% ebay feedback, and an happy to provide all details including business contact details for your perusal :)

Interested in a part ex with a Nokia n95 on T-Mobile?
#9
Nottinghamshire is too far to drive- as you're a newish member without trading feedback i'd want you to send first. (I have sold over £1000 of things here including 2 PSPs, a TFT monitor, etc. I'd provide my full contact details including work details, one member here has collected from my flat so could confirm my details too) I'd also want about £60 on top, or some games or xbox things... whaddya reckon?

youngteam- would be interested in the N95 too- is it boxed etc, whereabouts are you located, and how much cash on top? (lol, just searched to see what they fetch on ebay, 320194148360 has just fetched £2049!!!)

Poisonous
No chance!

Not really too much to ask considering billyX is a trustworthy member of this site and your, well, not. Not yet anyway :p

Plus the fact that your homepage is called Criminally Inclined and has some very questionable material on there! (money scams etc)

thanks for the heads up guys, i know now for future reference to NEVER deal with "poisonous" in the future seeing as though he has an avid interest in scamming people and other unhealthy interests! People like this aren't needed in this forum and I hope everybody takes notes for the future.

....Anyway how bigs this price drop gonna be billy? Looks very nice

Well, for a well-known and respected 'member of the board' i'd drop to £200+del. I'd rather sell for a lower price to someone I know I can trust! TBH it's probably easier to sell the gf and keep the telly... She's 30, good working order (over £30,000 per annum) but has slight rear end damage (ahem).

How much to get her delivered? Or does she deliver herself? :p
#21
do u no what delivery would be @ all m8 and do i fall into the trusted member crew lol
#22
What's the model number? I just need to check the dimensions to see if it will fit.
#23
model no is Philips 26pf9956, 79cm wide, 50cm tall (bottom of stand to top of tv), depth of tv is 12cm, and maximum depth of the stand (which is oval) is 28cm.

However, if you're on about the gf- 5'2", 8 stone, 36D/26/28, a degree in Law. Would consider a trade for a newer model. Rear end damage is a result of it having been my birthday last week  Pickup is possible but i'd prefer to post her.
#24
any ideas as to what this will cost to post (the tv not ya bird lol)
#25
The Amazon page for the TV says it's 20kg, so standard parcelforce would be £13.33+3.50 insurance. It's going to be less than that though- basically pick any ebay listed courier's agent and it's going to cost a tenner or less and they'll pick up direct from here to save me having to try and get the parcel in the car and to the PO. UPS and DHL tend to take more care with parcels too... basically I intend to sort this out with the buyer when a sale's agreed, choose a company that we're both happy with. If you check the misc forum theres a bunch of threads on cheap courier services.

Right, can't add in pics on this new site- so here's the links for some more photos taken two mins ago :-)

http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?img=/5/12/13/f_tvpicm_dd98ab0.jpg&srv=img34 (TV with Sky on)

http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?img=/5/12/13/f_tvremotem_253f152.jpg&srv=img28 (remote and manual)

http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?img=/5/12/13/f_scratchm_527ecc0.jpg&srv=img32 (highlight of small scratch on the speaker- the only damage on the TV)

BTW there'll probably be an additional couple of quid needed for the courier to insure the TV up to £500.
#27
Trade for a wii, with billy the wizard?
#28
Oh and hope i am trusted - Have all positive feedback here, all except for one positive feedback on ebay.
#29
i use www.p4d.co.uk with discount code yorkie they have always been good and they use DHL etc to pick up the item
i will let u no 2nite if im interested and i like the tv etc just got to shift my ps3 and a few fones
#30
:( already got a Wii- got Endless Ocean in the post from here today via a trade. CeX pay over £200 for a Wii at the moment though glenncrane... do you have one near you?

BTW I don't mean to be all arsey about 'trusted buyers' and all that- I think most people here are the same, and would ask a zero feedback buyer with a low post count to send first. Having said that we've not had a major scammer on the for sale thread for a while, have we?
#31
Yeh ok cool, thanks mate :)
#32
My N95 and £30?
#33
Hi m8 just waiting to sell wii (if u still have it ill take it)
u aint after any mobiles r u
like a nice new nokia prism for the missus lol
#34
Sorry to jump in like this but how much do p4d charge once the discount code has been used?
#35
Last bump before I remove it from sale...
have a plan to spray it white and put it in my 70's room now :)
#36
hi is the t.v hd??
banned#37
ye is it hd ready?
#38
It's not HD but it has DVI input... quite what that means is beyond me (halfway HD compatible? HD compatible but only via a PC? 576 line compatability but in higher res?) all I can tell you for sure is my new telly has a better pic, but I did spend £1500 on it :)
(btw jizzm I use that sd mp3 player you sold me every day now!)
