its not yellow think its more of a reflection m8 from flash as pictures where from the original seller not me, reason for selling honestly is just for the fact i got this while i had a normal crt tv, then i fell into the LCD scene so having this and a 50 inch lcd dont make sense + the missus dont like the fact that her frontroom was slowly turning into a cinema
#5
sorry cluffy missed your question. to be honest wouldnt be worth it as the blind will cost more to post alone then its worth lol

'' gonna whack on ebay with all the other bits n bobs i have ''

hey mate sorry for not getting back to u,if we swapped how wud i get sound from this???? would i need a surround sound or sommit?
#8
This comes with a built in speaker but its only 1 watt (lol) so you would need an amp with speakers (surround sound system is best)
#9
any idea on the price of bulbs if i need them?
#10
seen them from £100/£160 but this is a 2000 hour bulb so has 1800 hours+ left
sound wise i had some cheap £20 amazon speakers and the sound was superb obviously not cinema sound but was still very loud while watching the footy

You cant beat cinema style film watching in your own home :)

yeah that's true, but the bulbs being that expensive just don't add up for me

projectors will never replace tv as no decent projector will use a cheap bulb (i have seen a sub £150 projector on here but this one is better) a projector is for more movie nights or playing games on a 80+ inch screen no one would ever use it to replace a tv, i geuss lcd projectors may last a lot longer

cheapest bulb i can find in uk is £180,or u can buy from USA for $270+p&p

i would be interested in this but its not even HD
