What use is a PSN account and games that cannot legally be transferred to someone else? It is prohibited in the contract you formed with Sony when you purchased their console. It's like selling a chipped console and bundling it with free copied games, just because they are free, it doesn't mean that it is legal!

On the basis that the 10 Game code has been redeemed, I would however, like to make you an offer of £60 for the console.

I am not including the games on the basis that you can transfer them to another account.
Im providing the PSN account that the redeem code will be sent to. I haven't received the redeem code yet. If this still breaks the rules then I simply won't include the PSN account details. Simple.

Also, £60? Really?
The 10 free games have no value so you can't decrease your price as you put it they can not be included. No PSP Go has sold for as little as £60 on here or Ebay.
Id get more for trade or even cash at Game for just the console and charger. Offer declined.

£119.99* at a reduced price that keeps on returning to the already discounted price of £139.99
The RRP is now around £150 I believe
Also without the leather case (£20 instore/£15 online at GAME/ & official component cable at around £10+)

Also, if your not interested then do not post?

do you have the reciept?

The free games dont get associated with any psn account until you actually redeem the code.

It's possible to use a new code on an old console (i know this because thats what i did...)
#8
I would be interested at a realistic price . I will beat the £60 offer and offer £68 delivered without the illegal games . That would be my highest offer

Thanks for that :)
I've asked a moderator/admin if I am allowed to include the PSN ID info but if not I will just give it to a friend or keep it for myself.

I just found the packaging it was sent in and cannot see a receipt/invoice but I will be able to contact them and get them to send me one.

£68 is not a realistic offer. It is a low ball offer which I will refuse to accept.

Amazon:
Sony PSP Go! Console (Black) (2009) - Sony PSP
Buy new: £159.99 £139.99
22 new from £139.95 17 used from £132.99

Play:

CEX:

Your "realistic offer" is not realistic at all.

I'm not referring to the physical (in a digital sense) transfer of the games, rather the transfer of ownership that is illegal. It goes against the contract that you explicity entered into when you purchased the PSP Go. The fact remains, the Games are not yours to sell, they belong to Sony. (You are selling them whether you call them free or not, as they would add value to the price of the overall package. Surely the only reason you included the information despite knowing it was against forum rules, was to induce a sale at a higher price than you otherwise would get?)

And FYI they have sold on eBay for £70-80 lots of times, so after fees £60 isn't that much off the mark.

That is completely irrelevant, as it is illegal to sell the games anyway, as the licence to use them was purchased at the same time as the PSP Go. The licence is non-transferrable by law not by the physical ability to do so.

I was basing it on the £119.00 new price

http://****.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280590976580

minus the 10 games , i thought it was fair , offer will stand untill midnight if you change your mind .

I provided a list of 3 large retailers where the cheapest pre-owned PSP Go sells for £120.00 (with no free games). Hardly any are going to be in this 'like new ' condition either nor will they come with a leather case and component cable.

Any pre owned console or even new console prior to this 10 free game update sold for a price where any games did not reflect a price change like your offer - not even a tiny discount . So your comments on a realistic price are very much irrelevant.

I was merely offering the PSN ID that the redeem code was claimed on as a good gesture. Your bully-boy tactics of attempting to scare me into lowering the price as I cannot include the PSN ID are not working. Why don't you go to CEX and try and tell them you will only pay £60 for a PSP Go as it doesn't come with any free games? They will show you where the door is.

Also, I have NEVER seen a PSP Go sell for £70-£80 on Ebay. Not one - regardless of the condition (unless faulty).
PSP GO 12 Bids £81.00 +£4.00 Time left:45m
SONY PSP GO CONSOLE 16GB 4 Bids £107.00 +£5.00 Time left:3h 15m

I suggest you stop with the low ball offers as I have now provided four companies that sell pre-owned PSP's for an actual realistic price.

I don't know if you have heard of a website called: hotukdeals.com

On it you can find the best price for a large range of products for example this one:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/psp-go-10-free-games-119-99-deal-is/809514

If you had looked on ebay a couple of months back, PSP Gos were selling on eBay for £70-80 all the time (By the way I'm not even using this as a Price Comparison, the only reason I mention it is because you brought it up), it's only as it's drawing nearer to Christmas that the prices are starting to rise a bit.

Also, I was making an offer for the Console with box/charger only, not interested in the case or cable.

Your sarcasm isn't wanted or appreciated.
PS Go's have NEVER sold for that little. That's coming from someone who has been in the PSP scene for a long time and has owned over 30 PSP consoles.
It's all fine you saying it but where is your evidence? PSP Go's are at an all time low but they still sell second hand for over £120.00.

True Zavvi/Ebay outlet is selling them for £119.99 new but this price almost always goes back up to £139.99 within a day. It is not the true RRP of them anyway.

I believe my PSP Go is at more than a fair price. It's cheaper than Amazon/Play/CEX and comes like new condition with around £25+ accessories. Im even giving away the redeem code if allowed.

So please. Stop posting.

No thanks. I'd get £75 in CEX for just the console and charger. Wouldn't get charged postage fees either.

Good luck with your sale

You'd never get a pre owned PSP GO (in any condition) for £75 or less. It was pretty ignorant for you thinking you would and coming into this thread dictating your nonsense. It felt like you and r3tract were trying to corner me into lowering the price just because it won't include some free games that have no RRP anyway. There was no way I was going to put up with that.

Id get £75.00 for it in CEX and everyone know that shops who buy things offer ridiculously low prices.

However, for the first time I appreciate your final statement. And in response I will offer you some friendly advice when buying a new PSP Go. Be aware that the code can take over 2 months to come as Sony have employed a third party company to deal with this promotion. It may require a lot of chasing and phone calls.

In actual fact, the 10 free games belong to the console and as they havent been redeemed yet the op isnt breaking any rules. The new owner of the pspgo can associate the console with their own psn id and then use the code which will be emailed to the op.

Upon entering the code the licence becomes active and the games can only be played on the console they are registered to, until such point, no law or rule has been broken.

some of you probably already know this...

I did not dictate nonsense , i just pureley stated a fact that they were on sale for £1 more than your second hand one and were also inclusive of 10 free games . Regardless of how long they are on the £119.00 mark for is irrelevant , this moment in time they are £119 , thats all that matters to me .

I then made an offer " I " thought was fair based on the new price .

Im afraid you have took me wrongly , i was making a genuine offer .

I have now bought the £119 .

Thanks for your advice over the games , as long as they get here in the end then i'll be fine with that .

Sorry but offering less than half of an already heavily discounted price does not make it a fair offer.
It was extremely low ball considering what was included and I am shocked that you believed it was a genuine offer.

Not at all... if you were selling the code seperately it would be a different matter but the fact remains, the console and the code are 1 item and as long as the buyer has their own psn account and you send them the code without redeeming it yourself, what theyre getting is exactly the same as the retail package but with an additional cable and a case.

Yeh thats what I thought. I viewed it as a similar matter as selling an Xbox 360 game with an unused DLC code. If unused and sold with the game then it is allowed.

You can quote this but it would be a lie...

Please read sections 6 & 7 of the Terms and Conditions of the PSN T&C's regarding transfer of ownership of PSN accounts a licences then read section 5 of the 10 free games promotion.

Flodd is talking utter nonsense.

You cannot legally use the code on this PSPGo if it is sold. As a) someone else has purchased it and it is illegal for them to use your account and b) even if someone buys this and tries to use your code received from your account, it is illegal as per section 5 of the Promotion T&C's.

If you hadn't created a Master Account this would be a completely different matter, but as you have done you can't sell it with the 10 free games.

I would like this to be verified and if true then I just won't include the code. Simple.

Im looking for more sorry. The lowest price these are available pre-owned in any shop is £120, in CEX (more on Amazon/Play), and that's just for the bare minimum.
They sell for more on ebay. I know there are fees but you can apply postage fees on there.
