BRAND NEW!!! Samsung Galaxy S2 NTC Ceramic White 16GB Phone.

The phone was an unwanted upgrade for my O2 contract and has never been opened with the seal still in tact.

Photo's with username and date will be included in post 1. If you require any further details or pics just let me know :-)

A couple of quick questions. Is this handset locked to O2 or is it sim free ?

Will you be ready for £220 sim free as this would be maxing my budget for a phone.. ?

Hi there. I havent opened the box and tried out sim cards etc... as i didnt want to break the seal. All previous upgrades i have had from O2 have been unlocked so i would assume so but wouldnt say 100% certain.
£220 is too low as i think i have put a realistic price on this as it is brand new untouched in its sealed box with the charger etc....

Would be willing to accept £240 if delivery costs are covered on top of that. I anticipate around £10 for RMSD with insurance.

Yes it is an O2 upgrade, however would i need to have my sim in the phone to unlock the phone? I have yet to open the box as i thought people would prefer a sealed brand new phone rather than one i had opened etc...

Can't speak for anyone else but knowing I can use any SIM card in the world in this unit is more valuable to me than a seal I'll be breaking anyway!

Yes i appreciate this. I took Maleki's advice and went on O2 live chat this evening to get the phone unlocked. They are in the process of unlocking the phone and have said it will take a maximum of 7 days for it to take effect. I am hoping it happens quicker than this and they said they will e-mail once it has been unlocked. I do not currently have a different sim to check so am waiting for their e-mail, but will have access to a different sim at work tomorrow to try in the phone.
