Samsung PS50A557 50" 1080p TV £500.00

Having purchased a 50" 3DTV, this really doesn't look right in our bedroom.

Good condition, remote, 1080p, 24hz etc etc.. Comes with stand (although dont have screws for stand, am using a different type of screw at the moment).

This TV is awesome, has been absolutely fantastic.. If it wasnt for the fact that the TV looks to big in our bedroom, i'd keep it.

Only one issue, one of the HDMI ports doesn't work. But has 2 other HDMI ports, so isn't a big deal.

Would trade for a 42" HDTV, must be 1080p.. Depending on the spec of the 42" TV, i may want cash my way.

Collection only.

Will sell for £500 or nearest offer.

Would you be interested in a Sony KDL-37W5500 37" 1080p LCD? Perfect condition, had it about 6 months I think. I would be able to drop off/pick up as well.

I'd be interested yeah.

Would need some sort of cash on top - feel free to make an offer.

I'd be looking for more mate..

Seems around £350-£370 to get the same Sony TV you have.

50" 1080p Plasmas start at £650. (LG one)

While i can appreciate has one HDMI port not working, plus is older than yours.. Think it's still fair to expect more cash when trading from a 50" 1080p to a 37" 1080p. I'd be looking for more in the range of £180.

I'd only be willing to do a straight swap for a good spec 42" 1080p HDTV.

Cheers

How about a round £100 on top, that would take my total trade value to around £450-470, and your asking was £500 so it's a fair compromise.

I'd be dropping off and picking up the TV's as well so very little fuss for you.

Yeah, but that's valuing your TV at the same price as it's selling brand new. Due to it being only 6 months old, i'd put it at around £300. I can move to £170, putting my valuation of the TV in the trade at £470. Which i think is pretty fair considering new 50" 1080p TVs start at £650.

I'll leave it then, £100 was my limit. Good luck with the sale/trade.

No problem mate, only wiggle room i could make is £150 on top. Otherwise i'll leave it, as not in a rush. Thanks for the interest mate, hope you find what youre looking for.
