Hey everyone!

So basically I am selling my TV that I recently ordered, it was delivered on Wednesday and I opened it today just am hour ago.

The reason I am selling this is because I can't get used to the size of the TV. I had a Samsung 46 inch which needed to be replaced so I thought about going for a smaller size as I felt the viewing distance wast right for a 46" but it turns out it was!

I bought it from John Lewis and am selling it for £299. it comes with a 5 years guarantee.

I am not sure if I can actually return it back as it's already assembled, I will try and find out in the meantime. I use Ebay and have a 100% rating if that helps, not selling through them to avoid fee.

TV needs to be collection from London, I can deliver locally for an extra charge.

Send it back, it's your right under Consumer Contract regs.

Something seems a bit fishy here.

lol nothing is fishy I am just calling them now, I have assembled the TV (screwed in the base) all the packaging has been opened I didn't know you could still return it if everything has been opened. I got the TV for £299 it was a mission to get JL to price match it and now its not available at this price anywhere. I am just trying to help someone who wanted this TV but couldn't as it went out of stock at Tescos (original post) like me!
