I'm after a pair of silver (or white) shoes, suitable for Christening for my daughter...

Problem is, she is 8 months old and trying to walk so will need to be hard sole...

I have measured her foot, from big toe to sole and it's a tiny bit below 5 inches if that helps?

Thanks

Hi,

Next do baby/toddler shoes with a hard sole from size 3 which is normally 12-18 months. Going by the size of 5 inches I would think your daughter would need a size 3 as a size 2 is recommended for up to about 11.5cm. They ahave a fantastic returns policy so you could always return any shoes if unsuitable.

Having had a quick look for you I thought these were lovely:

just be careful not to just go on Clarks sizing cause if you get them somewhere else the sizes will be different. Startrite for example are a size different.

clarks will measure for free but the sizings are only relevant to clarks shoes, you will need a diff size everywhere else. I wouldn't recommend a hard sole though, even if she is trying to walk, any shoe shop would advise the same too.
