Having not long upgraded to a blackberry torch 9800 and selling my htc desire on here, i have decided that the torch and me are not getting along lol, so im ideally looking to swap my torch for another phone of the same sort of specs and price range, HTC, IPHONE, SAMSUNG, as long as they are as good as the torch i will consider all offers, the phone itself is only 5 weeks old, has a screen protector and gel case on since new, no marks on it at all, comes boxed with all instructions, think it may be locked on 02 but will check and can possibly be unlocked for free. so what you got

The mobile has been in cover and has always had a screen protector.

What's the lowest you'd take please delivered?
General rating...as in a review of the phone features or the condition? If its a review then its best to check google mate, as all people have diff priorities and choices for stuff and i dont wanna sound biased to u.
Phone condition, its 9ish/10...just that small pain thingy behind which is shown in pic.

I am pretty sure the phone comes with 16gb built memmory. I had a 8gb card but i used it for another phone of mine.
I have always used nokia mate, but just this year i wanted xperia play more...so shifted my taste from nokia to android.
Wife had got the nokia n8 earlier in the year cos she thought it be funny to tease me, to get the phone i originally wanted but couldnt get it as my upgrade wasnt due yet. She isnt technical, so couldnt never master it.
So technically its her phone and thus wants to sell it. I bought her a blackberry bold recently, but she likes the look of torch more. So the bold will be given to my sister.
As i havent used the phone much, i cant judge it well. It seems to be simple to use like all nokia stuff has been over the years, hd recording with usb slot for hd box and computer...makes copying and transfering so much easier. All life free gps seemed handy to me too. Ovi store is a bit hit and miss, not brill as apple or android but its decent with loads of free games and stuff. Touchscreen is good, in my experience better than all other nokia touchscreens.
Plus its got a brilliant 12mp camera, which is the biggest thing my wife misses, as the quality of pics are like good digital cameras. Plus i like the loudspeaker clarity too, when u watching movies or listening to music.

i will keep this offer in consideration but would prefer a phone swap as if i sold this i would be without a phone lol
