In excellent condition (none of the common cracks), has had a screen protector and case on since first use. The phone is officially unlocked and running firmware 4.02 (I may have to update to software to 4.1 upon restoring the phone).

It is in warranty until 18th May 2011 - has never been replaced or repaired as yet so you are totally covered. Selling as have just purchased a Blackberry.

Comes boxed with all original unused headphones, sim tool, charger, 4 gel cases, 2 hard cases, car charger and extra mains charger.

Update:

I have just done a restore (and set it up as a new iPhone - and it HAS updated the firmware to 4.1.

I'm looking for more near my asking price, I can't drop by £45 for not including the cases. Thanx for the interest though :)

I am looking for abit more than £250 to be honest, it is only 6mths old - many sell for around £250 with no warranty left at all.

It is officially unlocked by O2 so would still remain unlocked after I do a restore.
Do you have any feedback elsewhere?

Would you be paying by BT?

Yea, that's after the year u get the phone. So its 1 year apple warranty and 1 year applecare. If you've got only 6 mths applecare left - doesn't that mean the phone is around 18 months old? Just wanting to make sure :)

Nothing here (http://fo.lk/rules-regulations) says anything about offers being locked in, plus I'm offering the asking price.

You offered £250 first, dexter offered £260 (nearest my asking price). I counter offered him £270 and was awaiting a response then you said £270. However, I have now had an offer for my actual asking price?
#29

The maximum asking price is £270, as per your revised offer.

btw, just so everything is clear.

a) Please state how old the phone is...
b) State if this is the standard warranty of 1 year or additional applecare remaining ?

Buying and sellig is normally a simple process!!

Not sure where we're at, but I'd like join in - probably at the end of the Q, but if all drop out, or the seller gets peed-off with you all then i'll offer the asking price by BT today.

I would accept £270, however as stated above - postage was only included in the original asking price I quoted (£285). So I will add the £6.70 RMSD to the total. Please also see my update above, I have restored the phone and it has updated to 4.1 :). Finally, do you have any feedback elsewhere, so I can check it before going ahead with the sale? If all is fine with you then you have yourself a deal :).
