Brand new, never used. Packing is included, however it has been opened. USB cable also included.

This is actually the packing from a original controller i bought with my ps3 in May, but recently sold my 60gb, bought a 40gb version and the controller i got with that, is the one i am selling now. So it is in brand new condition, never been used.
