I have a Sony KP-51DS2U- (51") integrated digital terrestrial rear projection TV for sale. Full spec below. I'm looking for £475 (or make me an offer):

* Nicam
* Coaxial speaker system
* Smart, zoom, wide, 4:3 picture modes
* Digital text (MHEG5) compatible (digital text services are not currently available)
* Electronic programme guide with SmartLink (to control a SmartLink VCR)
* Auto Start Up Tuning
* Floor standing design
* Screen Aspect: 16:9
* Rear Projection Size: 51 inch
* Viewing Angle (Horizontal/Vertical): 150/55
* 200 Programme Memory
* 100 Analogue + 100 Digital
* 1 Tuner + 1 Digital Tuner
* 60W Music Power Total
* Music Power (Front L/R): 2 x 30W
* RMS (Front L/R): 2 x 15W
* Auto 16:9
* Zoom features (Smart, Zoom, 4:3, Wide)
* Sleep Timer, Auto Standby, Parental Lock

TV was purchased on 21/09/02 - Original cost over £3k, also coverplan policy still active till 20/09/07.

This was one of the best TVs you could buy at the time, however, it is now making way for my new set.

The picture for Standard Definition is great, it rivals any CRT set.

All the usual AV connections 3 x SCART, 1x S-Video, 1 x composite, PCMCIA socket, MODEM connection, also has EPG with ability to set up to record to VCR with smartlink.

There are a few blemishes on the screen, but these can only be noticed when the set is turned off/or a spotlight is shining on the screen.

Comes with remote, and instruction book.

Would be great in a games room, or pub.

This TV is BIG, so make sure you have means to transport it!

Dimensions (w x h x d)

Approx 1256 x 1264 x 650 mm

Weight 63kg

From where?????????

What do you mean by blemish? Explain.
#4
Ops sorry!
I am in Crayford, Kent

If anyone is interested, a van is needed, as this won't fit in any car.

"What do you mean by blemish, explain" - Well if you look at the last picture, you can see that the flash has picked up those marks on the screen. These are visable only when the screen is off, or a bright light (like the flash of a camera) is shining on the TV set.

I realised I might be being a bit optimistic with the price.

I'm now prepared to accept £300.

Dino the last picture posted is of it on.
Is it??
In that case I DO NOT withdraw my interest.

That picture is with the flash on it makes it look worse than it is.
I'll post a picture without the flash.
Those marks only show up if you have a spotlight or flash on the screen (so not normal viewing scenarios).

Wonder how much Royal Mail would charge for this... a few hundred 1st class stamps? :P

Damn good price at £300... Wish I had transportation but hiring a van for the day and adding petrol onto it - would be cheaper for me to buy a new 32" HiDef :(
