I take it you didnt bother reading up on the rules as suggested, if you had you would have seen that you cannot re-list for a week after a thread has been closed or expired

sorry but i am desperate for the money
(19) If a thread is closed or removed from the FS forum at any time, the same items or thread will not be allowed back until at least a period of one week has passed.

The following is a rough guide, but it is within the moderators’ power to make decisions based on individual circumstances. Some offences may result in an immediate ban, including, but not limited to, the following:
Trading by Private Message only
Offering pirated/copyright material
Posting links to the same item being sold elsewhere (E.g. on eBay)
Ignoring moderators requests for information
Persistent bumping after warning from a moderator
Repeatedly creating new threads for the same items
Such offences can lead to the following site-wide bans:
1st offence: 1 day ban
2nd offence: 1 week ban
3rd offence: 1 month ban
ok could you delete all the threads then coz you dont when i ask and i have reported them and you still havent
selling elsewhere
click on this members username, you may not mind them breaking every rule, continually opening, then locking, then opening the same thread one hour later, im sure the mods have better things to do than moderate members that flout every rule going

(14) Please only post in a thread if you are interested in engaging in the sale/trade listed. Anything else will be considered thread spoiling and will be deleted. Thread spoilers face a ban from the FS/FT forum. If a member continually posts questions in multiple threads and then withdraws from the sale this will be considered thread spoiling. Low ball offers will also be considered thread spoiling and will be deleted. It is up to the original poster to use the “report” button http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/custom_buttons/report.gif to notify moderators of any thread spoiling.

hmm pot kettle springs to mind:)
