In very good condition, the higher spec 8GB/256GB version. Has had a screen protector on since it was purchased and has always been in its leather case. Comes with purple type cover 2, leather case and Samsung wacom stylus.

i5 4200u
256GB SSD
8GB RAM
10.6" FHD Wacom display

The samsung stylus is full size and comes with a side button and eraser. Was previously broken but works perfectly, though was fixed with superglue.

I can answer any questions and provide pictures/videos of it in action on request, especially if you're worried about the stylus working. The surface and the type cover will come in their original box. Will be wiped prior to sale.
Looking for £380 plus postage or collection from Newcastle.
Shipping/Payment:
Payment via paypal goods/services.

Hi there! would you consider selling just the Tablet on its own? I started a thread saying I was looking for this exact model.

I bought one on eBay for £250 good condition (no accessories) but they seem to be having a change of heart and will "let me know" if they'll honour the sale.

I just bought myself a keyboard and some extra bits so I just need the Tablet, what would you take for just that? (if you'll split)

I'm sorry but £250 is just far too low. If you would offer something closer to the asking price then sure.
If not that's a steal and I hope the seller changes their mind for you!

they literally just refunded me! haha what is your asking price for just the Tablet? (assuming you'll split)

So you're wanting just the tablet and charger I assume.
No keyboard, case or stylus?
£350 then?

just got one for 300 on eBay with everything :) but thank you (didn't expect to get on that cheap)

Hi,

How long does the battery last? And does this unit have a 1080p screen? Would there be much wiggle room in your price, posted to London? And finally neither of us have feedback on here, how do we assure one another all is well?

Cheers.

Hi,

The screen is 1080p. It's been about 6 month since I last used it, but I had no problems with the battery lasting me a full day whilst word processing and taking notes with the stylus. I can do a battery report later on tonight if you'd like.
As far as price, there isn't much wiggle room I'm afraid. I was looking for more for it but have since reduced my asking price.

In regards to assuring each other all is well, payment would be via Paypal goods which includes buyer and seller protection paid for by the seller (costing me ~£13). HUKD recommends that we also call eachothers landlines and verify numbers, names and addresses with 192.com or something silimar. I'm also happy to provide other information if you'd like.

Thanks.

hi,
I am looking for a surface pro but was going to go for a newer version.
but, it's for my daughter and she only uses a mac so I was thinking maybe a transition using an older version would be better.
her macbook pro is an i7 16ram 512ssd drive etc so I know it's going to be slower, but as most of her work is now photo manipulation I'm pretty convinced the surface offers what she needs in a smaller package.
only thing is software, she has all she needs on the mac so would need to 'obtain' adobe etc.
what is the surface like in your own opinion, for detailed manipulation? am I wasting money trying to tempt her over? been looking at Wycom pro graphics tabs but she wants them smaller than the better ones as she currently carries mac/dslr/lenses and possible graph tab.

I would be more than willing to travel to collect (even though from wales) as have got family in Newcastle and am overdevelopment a visit lol.

let me know your thoughts..
thanks

Hi,

Obviously I'll be biased considering I bought one but I think it's a fantastic device. My main use has been for note taking and drawing diagrams/graphs with some word processing and it was fantastic for that. Writing on it is like jotting down notes on paper and onenote would then have no problem converting my handwriting into text if I needed it to.

I have used adobe photoshop on the surface, but it's nothing more than a hobby for me. I haven't had an issue with using it and find the stylus accurate enough, though it needed some better calibration than it came with out of the box. The experience is pretty much just as smooth as my main i7 machine.

I'd check with her to make she doesn't have a problem with windows since she's used to OSX. It's a personal preference thing but generally it's all the same in the end.

Hope I've been helpful, let me know if you've any other questions.
Thanks for the interest!
