Easy Setup - Richard, UK -
The only thing I can say is "WOW!!!". I have setup wireless networks before, but this was a piece of cake. From out of the box to surfing the internet in about 10 Minutes flat. I can't be more happier with this product. I have had it for a few weeks and nothing has gone wrong. FANTASTIC!!!!

THE BT Home Hub - wow - from Blackpool UK - http://www.shop.bt.com/content/ebiz/btshop/images/rating5.gif
Thought it was going to be a right annoying product to set up, but literally, plug in, wait an hour done! Not only is it providing me with 4.5mb/s broadband, it looks cool as well! Would recomend to everyone, especially people who would like to set up broadband with no trouble! 9/10!
Twenty Minutes to Wireless - Kevin Watson-Griffin, Highlands of Scotland - http://www.shop.bt.com/content/ebiz/btshop/images/rating5.gif
Twenty minutes is all it took from opening the box to surfing wirelessly. Having never set up a wirelss connection before I was a little apprehensive it would be complicated. Several frustrating hours trying to get my laptop to connect via Bluetooth to my mobile had convinced me old fashioned wires could not be beaten. How wrong I was. I plugged in the new Home Hub and went off to make a cup of coffee; just like the instructions said. Well it did not take an hour, it was ready to go by the time I got back with a fresh coffee. I popped in the CD, connected firstly with the ethernet cable and everything was working fine. I put my 802.11g card in my laptop and installed it then popped in the BT Home Hub CD and followed the simple instructions. Twenty minutes later I was in the garden with a glass of wine writing e-mails. Discovered my DECT phone works great too and it's good to have a second phone line without any hassle.

delivered on time, easy setup, (providing you unplug your old dialup cable from the modem. was using using bt yahoo anytime dialup, transfered my homepage kids accounts,e-mails, the lot with little input!! you will even keep your existing e-mail account if you use the service in the setup guide. easy set up for wireless use, i use a belkin usb mimo adaptor and get good connection speed at all times, the home hub comes preset so it can not be accessed by anyone other than those who have the ssid and wep key that is on the hub itself. don't use the phone option as i'm currently a bt option 3 customer so i get a free hour on the phone at any time - the phone with the hub is advertised to work within 30 metres or so of the hub, my bt wireless handsets for my normal telephone line work far greater than this, and it would appear that being dect handsets there is facility to plug the base station into t he home hub anyway. if your considering moving up to broadband and don't have sky or cable, then bt broadband options are well worth considering.
