  Wouldn't mind a cash sale, would be looking at 300 for the whole set. And that price is firm, as I think it's pretty good. Forgot to mention all hdds are sata including rom drive. Can throw in a pctv card as well if wanted/required, comes with ir reciever and remote.

  To be honest, I think your prices are way off. The CPU is 6 years old and you can get a Q6600 for that kind of money now whereas your CPU is effectively 2 Pentium 4's glued together.

  Granted there are newer CPU's, but this is the top end 800 FSB CPU. They don't come any faster than this. Much like the FX60 (s939) was the top end for that socket. Check out ebay, they still demand a premium due to this fact.
  
  I can throw in a BTX conversion kit and a BTX HSF if bought as a bundle.

  Quick research shows that I can buy the dell D620 for under £140, and the HP for under £100, so I'll pass on those.
