Why not chip yours, really easy to do!

If you live near me i will do it for you, depending on how old your wii is, can be done from as little as £20

You can not flash it, sorry guys!!

There is a soft mod, is free, but only works with a few games and not too good.

The most a chip will cost is about £40,depending on seriel number LEH XXXX

That tells you what drive you have.

Buy a Wii clip from here: www.xbox-entertainment.co.uk - just buy the right one for your serial number. No soldering required, just clip the chip in and way ya go!!

excellent , is there any changes needed to the software to get this to work ?
what about updates?
#13
No changes to software are required, not when I did mine. With regards to updates, sorry bit hazy about that as I don't use mine online but have not found a game that hasn't worked so far!

Yes you can, and can play online, update your wii fine!!

Only chip that will need updating is wiikey, if that is the one needed.

It sounds so hard, but once in it, is simple. For other regions, you will need Gecko Os, search google, you will see how it's done. OR i have a free program that changes the region off the game to pal, so will play.

You don't soilder, i never did. Buy it on a clip and is all done for you, just push it on
banned#22
really easy to do??
#23
Yep pretty much, as long as you can use a screwdriver and remember where the screws go back then you'll be fine. You just clip it on, put it back together and backups work just fine!

Go on my link, shows all pictures and how to take it apart.
