Seeing as this has now taken a month, and you haven't actually made any attempt to speak to me after you were going to refund me on that thursday I will give you until 5pm tomorrow before I leave negative feedback.
Attempt to speak to you? Or no internet access, there's a difference. You will give me until 5pm tomorrow to make the refund? Well I won't be able to as I'm not back until this week. I have explained the situation to everyone including moderators, and I made the refunds I could before I left.
It appears you had internet access 4 days and 23 hours ago? which you used to send a mod a pm and left me in the dark despite telling me you were going to refund me on Thursday the 31st of July. it is now the 10th of august?

I have been more than reasonable like I said this transaction took place a month ago, if you're having internet problems fair enough, but when you do manage to log on for those 5 minutes maybe throw a pm my way? after contacting BigFlump he had also told me he had advised you to keep me updated anyway?

So can we agree a "new date" for a refund?

I sent the mod the pm well over a week ago. 4 days 23 hours ago? Hotukdeals is loaded on my phone, so perhaps the browser refreshed however, I can assure you when I'm online I respond. The issue is not internet problems, the issue is I am away and was at a wedding and our stay was long overdue due to sick relatives.

I am back by the end of the week so I will issue the refund by the end of the week.
Alright so hopefully by the 17th.
